  190. Rom5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

  191. Rom5:10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

  192. Rom5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

  193. Rom5:14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.

  194. Rom5:15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.

  195. Rom5:17 For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)

  196. Rom5:21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

  197. Rom6:2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?

  198. Rom6:3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?

  199. Rom6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

  200. Rom6:5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:

  201. Rom6:7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.

  202. Rom6:8 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:

  203. Rom6:9 Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.

  204. Rom6:10 For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.

  205. Rom6:11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.

  206. Rom6:12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.

  207. Rom6:13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

  208. Rom6:16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?

  209. Rom6:21 What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.

  210. Rom6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

  211. Rom7:2 For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband.

  212. Rom7:3 So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.

  213. Rom7:4 Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

  214. Rom7:5 For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death.

  215. Rom7:6 But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

  216. Rom7:8 But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead.

  217. Rom7:9 For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.

  218. Rom7:10 And the commandment, which was ordained to life, I found to be unto death.

  219. Rom7:13 Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful.

  220. Rom7:24 O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?

  221. Rom8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

  222. Rom8:6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

  223. Rom8:10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

  224. Rom8:11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

  225. Rom8:13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

  226. Rom8:34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

  227. Rom8:38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

  228. Rom10:7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)

  229. Rom10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

  230. Rom11:15 For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?

  231. Rom14:7 For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself.

  232. Rom14:8 For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's.

  233. Rom14:9 For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living.

  234. Rom14:15 But if thy brother be grieved with thy meat, now walkest thou not charitably. Destroy not him with thy meat, for whom Christ died.

  235. 1Cor3:22 Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours;

  236. 1Cor4:9 For I think that God hath set forth us the apostles last, as it were appointed to death: for we are made a spectacle unto the world, and to angels, and to men.

  237. 1Cor7:39 The wife is bound by the law as long as her husband liveth; but if her husband be dead, she is at liberty to be married to whom she will; only in the Lord.

  238. 1Cor8:11 And through thy knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for whom Christ died?

  239. 1Cor9:15 But I have used none of these things: neither have I written these things, that it should be so done unto me: for it were better for me to die, than that any man should make my glorying void.

  240. 1Cor11:26 For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come.

  241. 1Cor11:30 For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep.

  242. 1Cor15:3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;

  243. 1Cor15:12 Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?

  244. 1Cor15:13 But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen:

  245. 1Cor15:15 Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not.

  246. 1Cor15:16 For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised:

  247. 1Cor15:20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept.

  248. 1Cor15:21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.

  249. 1Cor15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

  250. 1Cor15:26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.

  251. 1Cor15:29 Else what shall they do which are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? why are they then baptized for the dead?

  252. 1Cor15:31 I protest by your rejoicing which I have in Christ Jesus our LORD, I die daily.

  253. 1Cor15:32 If after the manner of men I have fought with beasts at Ephesus, what advantageth it me, if the dead rise not? let us eat and drink; for to morrow we die.

  254. 1Cor15:35 But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come?

  255. 1Cor15:36 Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die:

  256. 1Cor15:42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:

  257. 1Cor15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

  258. 1Cor15:53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

  259. 1Cor15:54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

  260. 1Cor15:55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?

  261. 1Cor15:56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

  262. 2Cor1:9 But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:

  263. 2Cor1:10 Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us;

  264. 2Cor2:16 To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things?

  265. 2Cor3:6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

  266. 2Cor3:7 But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away:

  267. 2Cor4:9 Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;

  268. 2Cor4:10 Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.

  269. 2Cor4:11 For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.

  270. 2Cor4:12 So then death worketh in us, but life in you.

  271. 2Cor5:4 For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.

  272. 2Cor5:14 For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:

  273. 2Cor5:15 And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.

  274. 2Cor6:9 As unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and, behold, we live; as chastened, and not killed;

  275. 2Cor7:3 I speak not this to condemn you: for I have said before, that ye are in our hearts to die and live with you.

  276. 2Cor7:10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.

  277. 2Cor11:23 Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as a fool) I am more; in labours more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequent, in deaths oft.

  278. Gal1:1 Paul, an apostle, (not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead;)

  279. Gal2:19 For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God.

  280. Gal2:21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.

  281. Eph1:20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,

  282. Eph2:1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;

  283. Eph2:5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)

  284. Eph5:14 Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.

  285. Phi1:20 According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death.

  286. Phi1:21 For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.

  287. Phi2:8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

  288. Phi2:27 For indeed he was sick nigh unto death: but God had mercy on him; and not on him only, but on me also, lest I should have sorrow upon sorrow.

  289. Phi2:30 Because for the work of Christ he was nigh unto death, not regarding his life, to supply your lack of service toward me.

  290. Phi3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;

  291. Phi3:11 If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.

  292. Col1:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

  293. Col1:22 In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

  294. Col2:12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

  295. Col2:13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

  296. Col2:20 Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,

  297. Col3:3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

  298. Col3:5 Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:

  299. 1Th1:10 And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.

  300. 1Th4:14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.

  301. 1Th4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

  302. 1Th5:10 Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.

  303. 1Tim5:6 But she that liveth in pleasure is dead while she liveth.

  304. 1Tim6:16 Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.

  305. 2Tim1:10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:

  306. 2Tim2:8 Remember that Jesus Christ of the seed of David was raised from the dead according to my gospel:

  307. 2Tim2:11 It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him:

  308. 2Tim4:1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;

  309. Heb2:9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.

  310. Heb2:14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

  312. Heb5:7 Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared;

  313. Heb6:1 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,

  314. Heb6:2 Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.

  318. Heb9:15 And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.

  319. Heb9:16 For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.

  320. Heb9:17 For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth.

  321. Heb9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:

  322. Heb10:28 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:

  331. Heb12:20 (For they could not endure that which was commanded, And if so much as a beast touch the mountain, it shall be stoned, or thrust through with a dart:
