- Mat4:17 From that time Jesus went about preaching and saying, Let your hearts be turned from sin, for the kingdom of heaven is near.

- Mak6:34 And he got out, and saw a great mass of people, and he had pity on them, because they were like sheep without a keeper: and he gave them teaching about a number of things.
- Mak6:55 And went running through all the country round about, and took on their beds those who were ill, to where it was said that he was.
- Mak7:2 And had seen that some of his disciples took their bread with unclean, that is, unwashed, hands.

- Mak8:32 And he said this openly. And Peter took him, and was protesting.
- Mak9:38 John said to him, Master, we saw one driving out evil spirits in your name: and we said that he might not, because he is not one of us.

- Mak12:28 And one of the scribes came, and hearing their argument together, and seeing that he had given them a good answer, put the question to him, Which law is the first of all?
- Mak12:29 Jesus said in answer, The first is, Give ear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord;
- Mak12:34 And when Jesus saw that he gave a wise answer, he said to him, You are not far from the kingdom of God. And every man after that was in fear of questioning him any more.
- Mak13:5 And Jesus said to them, Take care that you are not tricked by anyone.
- Mak13:34 It is as when a man who is in another country for a time, having gone away from his house, and given authority to his servants and to everyone his work, gives the porter an order to keep watch.

- Mak14:65 And some put shame on him and, covering his face, gave him blows and said to him, Now say what is to come: and the captains took him and gave him blows with their hands.
- Mak14:68 But he said, I have no knowledge of him, or of what you are saying: and he went out into the doorway; and there came the cry of a cock.
- Mak14:69 And the girl saw him, and said again to those who were near, This is one of them.
- Mak14:71 But, with curses and oaths, he said, I have no knowledge of the man about whom you are talking.

- Luk7:38 And went in and took her place at the back of him, near his feet, weeping, so that his feet were washed with the drops from her eyes, and with her hair she made them dry, and kissing his feet she put the perfume on them.
- Luk7:42 When they were unable to make payment, he made the two of them free of their debts. Which of them, now, will have the greater love for him?
- Luk7:43 Simon, in answer, said, It seems he whose debt was greater. And he said, Your decision is right.
- Luk7:49 And those who were seated at table with him said to themselves, Who is this who even gives forgiveness of sins?
- Luk8:40 And when Jesus went back, the people were glad to see him, for they were all waiting for him.
- Luk8:44 Came after him and put her hand on the edge of his robe, and straight away the flowing of her blood was stopped.
- Luk8:46 But Jesus said, Someone was touching me, for I had the feeling that power had gone out from me.
- Luk8:47 And when the woman saw that she was not able to keep it secret, she came, shaking with fear, and falling down before him she made clear before all the people the reason for her touching him, and how she was made well straight away.
- Luk8:50 But Jesus at these words said to him, Have no fear, only have faith, and she will be made well.
- Luk9:10 And the twelve, when they came back, gave him an account of what they had done. And he took them with him and went away from the people to a town named Beth-saida.
- Luk9:12 And the day went on; and the twelve came to him and said, Send these people away so that they may go into the towns and the country round about and get resting-places and food for themselves, for we are in a waste place.
- Luk9:42 And while he was coming, he was pushed violently down and twisted by the evil spirit. But Jesus gave sharp orders to the unclean spirit, and made the boy well, and gave him back to his father.
- Luk9:53 But they would not have him there, because he was clearly going to Jerusalem.
- Luk10:21 In that same hour he was full of joy in the Holy Spirit and said, I give praise to you, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have kept these things secret from the wise and the men of learning, and have made them clear to little children: for so, O Father, it was pleasing in your eyes.

- Jhn2:9 After tasting the water which had now become wine, the master of the feast (having no idea where it came from, though it was clear to the servants who took the water out) sent for the newly-married man,
- Jhn2:18 Then the Jews put this question to him: What sign of authority have you to give us, seeing that you do these things?
- Jhn2:19 And Jesus said to them, Send destruction on this Temple and I will put it up again in three days.

- Jhn9:10 So they said to him, How then were your eyes made open?
- Jhn9:19 And put the question to them, saying, Is this your son, of whom you say that he was blind at birth? how is it then that he is now able to see?
- Jhn9:24 So they sent a second time for the man who had been blind and they said to him, Give glory to God: it is clear to us that this man is a sinner.
- Jhn9:26 Then they said to him, What did he do to you? how did he give you the use of your eyes?
- Jhn9:29 We are certain that God gave his word to Moses: but as for this man, we have no knowledge where he comes from.
- Jhn9:33 If this man did not come from God he would be unable to do anything.
- Jhn9:35 It came to the ears of Jesus that they had put him out, and meeting him he said, Have you faith in the Son of man?
- Jhn10:24 Then the Jews came round him, saying, how long are you going to keep us in doubt? If you are the Christ, say so clearly.
- Jhn10:31 Then the Jews took up stones again to send at him.
- Jhn10:32 Jesus said to them in answer, I have let you see a number of good works from the Father; for which of those works are you stoning me?
- Jhn10:33 This was their answer: We are not stoning you for a good work but for evil words; because being a man you make yourself God.
- Jhn11:8 The disciples said to him, Master, the Jews were attempting only the other day to have you stoned, and are you going back there again?
- Jhn11:32 When Mary came to where Jesus was and saw him, she went down at his feet, saying, Lord, if you had been here my brother would not be dead.

- Jhn14:22 Judas (not Iscariot) said to him, How is it that you will let yourself be seen clearly by us and not by the world?
- Jhn14:30 After this I will not say much to you, because the ruler of this world comes: and he has no power over me;
- Jhn16:30 Now we are certain that you have knowledge of all things and have no need for anyone to put questions to you: through this we have faith that you came from God.

- Jhn18:7 So again he put the question to them, Who are you looking for? And they said, Jesus the Nazarene.
- Jhn18:19 Then the high priest put questions to Jesus about his disciples and his teaching.
- Jhn18:22 When he said this, one of the police by his side gave him a blow with his open hand, saying, Do you give such an answer to the high priest?
- Jhn18:24 Then Annas sent him chained to Caiaphas, the high priest.
- Jhn18:26 One of the servants of the high priest, a relation of him whose ear had been cut off by Peter, said, Did I not see you with him in the garden?
- Jhn18:29 So Pilate came out to them and put the question: What have you to say against this man?
- Jhn18:33 Then Pilate went back into the Praetorium and sent for Jesus and said to him, Are you the King of the Jews?
- Jhn18:34 Jesus made answer, Do you say this of yourself, or did others say it about me?
- Jhn18:35 Pilate said, Am I a Jew? Your nation and the chief priests have given you into my hands: what have you done?
- Jhn18:36 Jesus said in answer, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom was of this world, my disciples would have made a good fight to keep me out of the hands of the Jews: but my kingdom is not here.
- Jhn19:6 So when the chief priests and the police saw him they gave a loud cry, To the cross! to the cross! Pilate said to them, Take him yourselves and put him on the cross: I see no crime in him.
- Jhn19:10 Then Pilate said to him, You say nothing to me? is it not clear to you that I have power to let you go free and power to put you to death on the cross?
- Jhn19:14 (It was the day when they made ready for the Passover; and it was about the sixth hour.) And he said to the Jews, There is your King!
- Jhn19:21 Then the chief priests of the Jews said to Pilate, Do not put, The King of the Jews, but, He said, I am the King of the Jews.
- Jhn20:27 Then he said to Thomas, Put out your finger, and see my hands; and put your hand here into my side: and be no longer in doubt but have belief.
- Jhn21:4 Now very early in the morning Jesus was there by the edge of the sea (though the disciples were not conscious that it was Jesus).
- Act1:1 I have given an earlier account, O Theophilus, of all the things which Jesus did, and of his teaching from the first,
- Act1:11 And said, O men of Galilee, why are you looking up into heaven? This Jesus, who was taken from you into heaven, will come again, in the same way as you saw him go into heaven.

- Act5:4 While you had it, was it not your property? and after you had given it in exchange, was it not still in your power? how has this purpose come into your mind? you have been false, not to men, but to God.
- Act5:8 And Peter said to her, Give me an answer: was this amount of money the price of the land? And she said, Yes, it was.

- Act7:38 This is the man who was in the church in the waste land with the angel who was talking to him in Sinai, and with our fathers; and to him were given the living words of God, so that he might give them to you.
- Act7:39 By whom our fathers would not be controlled; but they put him on one side, turning back in their hearts to Egypt,
- Act8:15 Who, when they came there, made prayer for them, that the Holy Spirit might be given to them:
- Act9:27 But Barnabas took him to the Apostles and gave them an account of how he had seen the Lord on the road, and had given hearing to his words, and how at Damascus he had been preaching in the name of Jesus without fear.
- Act9:40 But Peter made them all go outside, and went down on his knees in prayer; and turning to the body, he said, Tabitha, get up. And, opening her eyes, she saw Peter and got up.
- Act10:23 So he took them in for the night. And the day after, he went with them, taking some of the brothers from Joppa with him.
- Act10:29 And so I came without question, when I was sent for. What then is your purpose in sending for me?
- Act10:47 Will any man say that these may not have baptism who have been given the Holy Spirit as we have?
- Act11:1 Now the Apostles and the brothers who were in Judaea had news that the word of God had been given to the Gentiles.
- Act11:9 But the voice, coming a second time from heaven, said, What God has made clean, do not you make common.
- Act12:17 But he made a sign to them with his hand to be quiet, and gave them an account of how the Lord had taken him out of prison. And he said, Give the news to James and the brothers. And then he went away.
- Act15:13 And when they had come to an end, James, answering, said, My brothers, give ear to me:
- Act15:14 Symeon has given an account of how God was first pleased to take from among the Gentiles a people for himself.
- Act15:37 And Barnabas had a desire to take with them John, named Mark.
- Act16:15 And when she and her family had had baptism, she made a request to us, saying, If it seems to you that I am true to the Lord, come into my house and be my guests. And she made us come.
- Act16:24 And he, having such orders, put them into the inner prison with chains on their feet.
- Act16:34 And he took them into his house and gave them food, and he was full of joy, having faith in God with all his family.
- Act17:11 Now these were more noble than the Jews of Thessalonica, for they gave serious attention to the word, searching in the holy Writings every day, to see if these things were so.
- Act18:21 And went from them, saying, I will come back to you if God lets me; and he took ship from Ephesus.
- Act18:26 And he was preaching in the Synagogue without fear. But Priscilla and Aquila, hearing his words, took him in, and gave him fuller teaching about the way of God.
