[bbe] And the word of the Lord came to Jehu, son of Hanani, protesting against Baasha and saying,

[big5] 我既從塵埃中提拔你，立你作我民以色列的君，你竟行耶羅波安所行的道，使我民以色列陷在罪裡，惹我發怒，
[bbe] Because I took you up out of the dust, and made you ruler over my people Israel; and you have gone in the ways of Jeroboam, and made my people Israel do evil, moving me to wrath by their sins;
[dunv] 我既從塵埃<06083>中提拔<07311><8689>你，立<05414><8799>你作我民<05971>以色列<03478>的君<05057>，你竟行<03212><8799>耶羅波安<03379>所行的道<01870>，使我民<05971>以色列<03478>陷在罪<02398><8686>裡，{<02403>}惹我發怒<03707><8687>，
[big5] 我必除盡你和你的家，使你的家像尼八的兒子耶羅波安的家一樣。
[bbe] Truly, I will see that Baasha and all his family are completely brushed away; I will make your family like the family of Jeroboam, the son of Nebat.

[big5] 凡屬巴沙的人，死在城中的必被狗吃，死在田野的必被空中的鳥吃。
[bbe] Anyone of the family of Baasha who comes to death in the town, will become food for the dogs; and he to whom death comes in the open country, will be food for the birds of the air.

[bbe] Now the rest of the acts of Baasha, and what he did, and his power, are they not recorded in the book of the history of the kings of Israel?

[bbe] And Baasha went to rest with his fathers, and was put into the earth at Tirzah; and Elah his son became king in his place.

[bbe] And the Lord sent his word against Baasha and his family by the mouth of the prophet Jehu, the son of Hanani, because of all the evil he did in the eyes of the Lord, moving him to wrath by the work of his hands, because he was like the family of Jeroboam, and because he put it to death.

[bbe] In the twenty-sixth year that Asa was king of Judah, Elah, the son of Baasha, became king of Israel in Tirzah, and he was king for two years.

[bbe] And his servant Zimri, captain of half his war-carriages, made secret designs against him: now he was in Tirzah, drinking hard in the house of Arza, controller of the king's house in Tirzah.

[bbe] And Zimri went in and made an attack on him and put him to death, in the twenty-seventh year that Asa was king of Judah, and made himself king in his place.

[bbe] And straight away when he became king and took his place on the seat of the kingdom, he put to death all the family of Baasha: not one male child of his relations or his friends kept his life.

[bbe] So Zimri put to death all the family of Baasha, so that the word which the Lord said against him by the mouth of Jehu the prophet came about;

[bbe] Because of all the sins of Baasha, and the sins of Elah his son, which they did and made Israel do, moving the Lord, the God of Israel, to wrath by their foolish acts.

[bbe] Now the rest of the acts of Elah, and all he did, are they not recorded in the book of the history of the kings of Israel?

[bbe] In the twenty-seventh year of Asa, king of Judah, Zimri was king for seven days in Tirzah. Now the people were attacking Gibbethon in the land of the Philistines.
[dunv] 猶大<03063>王<04428>亞撒<0609>二十<06242>七<07651>年<08141>{<08141>}，心利<02174>在得撒<08656>作王<04427><8804>七<07651>日<03117>。那時民<05971>正安營<02583><8802>圍攻非利士<06430>的基比頓<01405>。
[big5] 民在營中聽說心利背叛，又殺了王，故此以色列眾人當日在營中立元帥暗利作以色列王。
[bbe] And news came to the people in the tents that Zimri had made a secret design and had put the king to death: so all Israel made Omri, the captain of the army, king that day in the tents.
[dunv] 民<05971>在營中<02583><8802>聽<08085><8799>說<0559><8800>心利<02174>{<07194>}{<8804>}背叛，又殺了<05221><8689>王<04428>，故此以色列眾人<03478>當日<03117>在營<04264>中立元帥<08269><06635>暗利<06018>作以色列<03478>王<04427><8686>。
[big5] 暗利率領以色列眾人，從基比頓上去，圍困得撒。
[bbe] Then Omri went up from Gibbethon, with all the army of Israel, and they made an attack on Tirzah, shutting in the town on every side.

[big5] 心利見城破失，就進了王宮的衛所，放火焚燒宮殿，自焚而死。
[bbe] And when Zimri saw that the town was taken, he went into the inner room of the king's house, and burning the house over his head, came to his end,
[dunv] 心利<02174>見<07200><8800>城<05892>破失<03920><8738>，就進了<0935><8799>王<04428>宮<01004>的衛所<0759>，放火<0784>焚燒<08313><8799>宮殿<04428><01004>，自焚而死<04191><8799>。
[big5] 這是因他犯罪，行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，行耶羅波安所行的，犯他使以色列人陷在罪裡的那罪。
[bbe] Because of his sin in doing evil in the eyes of the Lord, in going in the way of Jeroboam and in his sin which he made Israel do.
[dunv] 這是因他犯<02398><8804>罪<02403>，行<06213><8800>耶和華<03068>眼中<05869>看為惡<07451>的事，行<03212><8800>耶羅波安<03379>所行的{<01870>}，犯<06213><8804>他使以色列人<03478>陷在罪裡<02398><8687>的那罪<02403>。

[bbe] Now the rest of the acts of Zimri, and the secret design he made, are they not recorded in the book of the history of the kings of Israel?
[dunv] 心利<02174>其餘<03499>的事<01697>和他{<07194>}{<8804>}背叛<07195>的情形都寫<03789><8803>在以色列<03478>諸王<04428>{<01697>}{<03117>}記<05612>上。
[big5] 那時，以色列民分為兩半：一半隨從基納的兒子提比尼，要立他作王；一半隨從暗利。
[bbe] Then there was a division among the people of Israel; half the people were for making Tibni, son of Ginath, king, and half were supporting Omri.
[dunv] 那時，以色列<03478>民<05971>分<02505><8735>為兩半<02677>：{<05971>}一半<02677>隨從<01961><8804><0310>基納<01527>的兒子<01121>提比尼<08402>，要立他作王<04427><8687>；一半<02677>隨從<0310>暗利<06018>。
[big5] 但隨從暗利的民勝過隨從基納的兒子提比尼的民。提比尼死了，暗利就作了王。
[bbe] But the supporters of Omri overcame those who were on the side of Tibni, the son of Ginath; and death came to Tibni and to his brother Joram at that time: and Omri became king in the place of Tibni.
[dunv] 但隨從<0310>暗利<06018>的民<05971>勝過<02388><8799><0854>隨從<0310>基納<01527>的兒子<01121>提比尼<08402>的民<05971>。提比尼<08402>死了<04191><8799>，暗利<06018>就作了王<04427><8799>。
[big5] 猶大王亞撒三十一年，暗利登基作以色列王共十二年；在得撒作王六年。
[bbe] In the thirty-first year of Asa, king of Judah, Omri became king over Israel, and he was king for twelve years; for six years he was ruling in Tirzah.
[dunv] 猶大<03063>王<04428>亞撒<0609>三十<07970><08141>一<0259>年<08141>，暗利<06018>登基<04427><8804>作以色列<03478>王共十<06240>二<08147>年<08141>；在得撒<08656>作王<04427><8804>六<08337>年<08141>。
[big5] 暗利用二他連得銀子向撒瑪買了撒瑪利亞山，在山上造城，就按著山的原主撒瑪的名，給所造的城起名叫撒瑪利亞。
[bbe] He got the hill Samaria from Shemer for the price of two talents of silver, and he made a town there, building it on the hill and naming it Samaria, after Shemer the owner of the hill.
[dunv] 暗利用二他連得<03603>銀子<03701>向撒瑪<08106>買了<07069><8799>撒瑪利亞<08111>山<02022>，在山<02022>上造<01129><8799>城，就按著山<02022>的原主<0113>撒瑪<08106>的名<08034>，給所造<01129><8804>的城<05892>起名<08034>叫<07121><8799>撒瑪利亞<08111>。
[big5] 暗利行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，比他以前的列王作惡更甚。
[bbe] And Omri did evil in the eyes of the Lord, even worse than all those before him,

[big5] 因他行了尼八的兒子耶羅波安所行的，犯他使以色列人陷在罪裡的那罪，以虛無的神惹耶和華─以色列神的怒氣。
[bbe] Copying all the evil ways of Jeroboam, the son of Nebat, and all the sins he did and made Israel do, moving the Lord, the God of Israel, to wrath by their foolish ways.
[dunv] 因他行了<03212><8799>尼八<05028>的兒子<01121>耶羅波安<03379>所行的{<01870>}，犯他使以色列人<03478>陷在罪裡<02398><8689>的那罪<02403>，以虛無<01892>的神惹耶和華<03068>─以色列<03478>神<0430>的怒氣<03707><8687>。

[bbe] Now the rest of the acts which Omri did, and his great power, are they not recorded in the book of the history of the kings of Israel?

[bbe] So Omri went to rest with his fathers, and was put into the earth in Samaria; and Ahab his son became king in his place.

[bbe] In the thirty-eighth year that Asa was king of Judah, Ahab, the son of Omri, became king over Israel; and Ahab was king in Samaria for twenty-two years.

[bbe] And Ahab, the son of Omri, did evil in the eyes of the Lord, even worse than all who went before him.

[big5] 犯了尼八的兒子耶羅波安所犯的罪；他還以為輕，又娶了西頓王謁巴力的女兒耶洗別為妻，去事奉敬拜巴力，
[bbe] And as if copying the evil ways of Jeroboam, the son of Nebat, was a small thing for him, he took as his wife Jezebel, daughter of Ethbaal, king of Zidon, and became a servant and worshipper of Baal.
[dunv] 犯了<03212><8800>尼八<05028>的兒子<01121>耶羅波安<03379>所犯的罪<02403>；他還以為輕<07043><8738>，又娶了<03947><8799>西頓<06722>王<04428>謁巴力<0856>的女兒<01323>耶洗別<0348>為妻<0802>，去<03212><8799>事奉<05647><8799>敬拜<07812><8691>巴力<01168>，

[bbe] And he put up an altar for Baal in the house of Baal which he had made in Samaria.

[bbe] And Ahab made an image of Asherah and did more than all the kings of Israel before him to make the Lord, the God of Israel, angry.

[big5] 亞哈在位的時候，有伯特利人希伊勒重修耶利哥城；立根基的時候，喪了長子亞比蘭；安門的時候，喪了幼子西割，正如耶和華藉嫩的兒子約書亞所說的話。
[bbe] In his days Hiel made Jericho; he put its base in position at the price of Abiram, his oldest son, and he put its doors in place at the price of his youngest son Segub; even as the Lord had said by Joshua, the son of Nun.
