[bbe] Now when Solomon came to the end of building the house of the Lord and the king's house, and all Solomon's desires, which he had in mind were effected;

[big5] 耶和華就二次向所羅門顯現，如先前在基遍向他顯現一樣，
[bbe] The Lord came to him again in a vision, as he had done at Gibeon;
[dunv] 耶和華<03068>就二次<08145>向所羅門<08010>顯現<07200><8735>，如先前在基遍<01391>向他顯現<07200><8738>一樣，
[big5] 對他說：你向我所禱告祈求的，我都應允了。我已將你所建的這殿分別為聖，使我的名永遠在其中；我的眼、我的心也必常在那裡。
[bbe] And the Lord said to him, Your prayers and your requests for grace have come to my ears: I have made holy this house which you have made, and I have put my name there for ever; my eyes and my heart will be there at all times.

[big5] 你若效法你父大衛，存誠實正直的心行在我面前，遵行我一切所吩咐你的，謹守我的律例典章，
[bbe] As for you, if you will go on your way before me, as David your father did, uprightly and with a true heart, doing what I have given you orders to do, keeping my laws and my decisions;
[dunv] 你若效法<03212><8799>你父<01>大衛<01732>，存誠實<08537>正直<03476>的心<03824>行<01980><8804>在我面前<06440>，遵行<06213><8800>我一切所吩咐<06680><8765>你的，謹守<08104><8799>我的律例<02706>典章<04941>，
[big5] 我就必堅固你的國位在以色列中，直到永遠，正如我應許你父大衛說：你的子孫必不斷人坐以色列的國位。
[bbe] Then I will make the seat of your rule over Israel certain for ever, as I gave my word to David your father, saying, You will never be without a man to be king in Israel.
[dunv] 我就必堅固<06965><8689>你的國<04467>位<03678>在以色列<03478>中，直到永遠<05769>，正如我應許<01696><8765>你父<01>大衛<01732>說<0559><8800>：你的子孫必不斷<03772><8735>人<0376>坐以色列<03478>的國位<03678>。
[big5] 倘若你們和你們的子孫轉去不跟從我，不守我指示你們的誡命律例，去事奉敬拜別神，
[bbe] But if you are turned from my ways, you or your children, and do not keep my orders and my laws which I have put before you, but go and make yourselves servants to other gods and give them worship:
[dunv] 倘若你們和你們的子孫<01121>轉去<07725><8800>不跟從<0310>{<07725>}{<8799>}我，不守<08104><8799>我指示<05414><8804>你們{<06440>}的誡命<04687>律例<02708>，去<01980><8804>事奉<05647><8804>敬拜<07812><8694>別<0312>神<0430>，
[big5] 我就必將以色列人從我賜給他們的地上剪除，並且我為己名所分別為聖的殿也必捨棄不顧，使以色列人在萬民中作笑談，被譏誚。
[bbe] Then I will have Israel cut off from the land which I have given them; and this house, which I have made holy for myself, I will put away from before my eyes; and Israel will be a public example, and a word of shame among all peoples.
[dunv] 我就必將以色列人<03478>從我賜給<05414><8804>他們的地<0127>上<06440>剪除<03772><8689>，並且我為己名<08034>所分別為聖<06942><8689>的殿<01004>也必捨棄不顧<07971><8762>{<06440>}，使以色列人<03478>在萬民<05971>中作笑談<04912>，被譏誚<08148>。
[big5] 這殿雖然甚高，將來經過的人必驚訝、嗤笑，說：耶和華為何向這地和這殿如此行呢？
[bbe] And this house will become a mass of broken walls, and everyone who goes by will be overcome with wonder at it and make whistling sounds; and they will say, Why has the Lord done so to this land and to this house?
[dunv] 這殿<01004>雖然甚高<05945>，將來經過<05674><8802>的人必驚訝<08074><8799>、嗤笑<08319><8804>，說<0559><8804>：耶和華<03068>為何向這地<0776>和這殿<01004>如此行<06213><8804>呢？
[big5] 人必回答說：是因此地的人離棄領他們列祖出埃及地之耶和華─他們的神，去親近別神，事奉敬拜他，所以耶和華使這一切災禍臨到他們。
[bbe] And their answer will be, Because they were turned away from the Lord their God, who took their fathers out of the land of Egypt; they took for themselves other gods and gave them worship and became their servants: that is why the Lord has sent all this evil on them.
[dunv] 人必回答<0559><8804>說：是因此地的人離棄<05800><8804>領他們列祖<01>出<03318><8689>埃及<04714>地<0776>之耶和華<03068>─他們的神<0430>，去親近<02388><8686>別<0312>神<0430>，事奉<05647><8799>敬拜<07812><8691>他，所以耶和華<03068>使這一切災禍<07451>臨到<0935><8689>他們。
[big5] 所羅門建造耶和華殿和王宮，這兩所二十年才完畢了。
[bbe] Now at the end of twenty years, in which time Solomon had put up the two houses, the house of the Lord and the king's house,
[dunv] 所羅門<08010>建造<01129><8804>耶和華<03068>殿<01004>和王<04428>宮<01004>，這兩所<08147>{<01004>}二十<06242>年<08141>才完畢了<07097>。
[big5] 推羅王希蘭曾照所羅門所要的，資助他香柏木、松木，和金子；所羅門王就把加利利地的二十座城給了希蘭。
[bbe] (Hiram, king of Tyre, had given Solomon cedar-trees and cypress-trees and gold, as much as he had need of,) King Solomon gave Hiram twenty towns in the land of Galilee.
[dunv] 推羅<06865>王<04428>希蘭<02438>曾照所羅門<08010>所要的<02656>，資助<05375><8765>他香柏<0730>木<06086>、松<01265>木<06086>，和金子<02091>；{<0227>}所羅門<08010>王<04428>就把加利利<01551>地<0776>的二十座<06242>城<05892>給了<05414><8799>希蘭<02438>。
[big5] 希蘭從推羅出來，察看所羅門給他的城邑，就不喜悅，
[bbe] But when Hiram came from Tyre to see the towns which Solomon had given him, he was not pleased with them.
[dunv] 希蘭<02438>從推羅<06865>出來<03318><8799>，察看<07200><8800>所羅門<08010>給<05414><8804>他的城邑<05892>，就不喜悅<03474><8804>{<05869>}，
[big5] 說：我兄啊，你給我的是什麼城邑呢？他就給這城邑之地起名叫迦步勒，直到今日。
[bbe] And he said, What sort of towns are these which you have given me, my brother? So they were named the land of Cabul, to this day.
[dunv] 說<0559><8799>：我兄<0251>啊，你給<05414><8804>我的是甚麼城邑<05892>呢？他就給這城邑之地<0776>起名<07121><8799>叫迦步勒<03521>，直到今日<03117>。
[big5] 希蘭給所羅門一百二十他連得金子。
[bbe] And Hiram sent the king a hundred and twenty talents of gold.

[big5] 所羅門王挑取服苦的人，是為建造耶和華的殿、自己的宮、米羅、耶路撒冷的城牆、夏瑣、米吉多，並基色。
[bbe] Now, this was the way of Solomon's system of forced work for the building of the Lord's house and of the king's house, and the Millo and the wall of Jerusalem and Megiddo and Gezer. ...
[dunv] 所羅門<08010>王<04428>挑取<05927><8689>服苦的人<04522>，{<01697>}是為建造<01129><8800>耶和華<03068>的殿<01004>、自己的宮<01004>、米羅<04407>、耶路撒冷<03389>的城牆<02346>、夏瑣<02674>、米吉多<04023>，並基色<01507>。
[big5] 先前埃及王法老上來攻取基色，用火焚燒，殺了城內居住的迦南人，將城賜給他女兒所羅門的妻作妝奩。
[bbe] Pharaoh, king of Egypt, came and took Gezer, burning it down and putting to death the Canaanites living in the town, and he gave it for a bride-offering to his daughter, Solomon's wife. ...
[dunv] 先前埃及<04714>王<04428>法老<06547>上來<05927><8804>攻取<03920><8799>基色<01507>，用火<0784>焚燒<08313><8799>，殺了<02026><8804>城<05892>內居住<03427><8802>的迦南人<03669>，將城賜給<05414><8799>他女兒<01323>所羅門<08010>的妻<0802>作妝奩<07964>。
[big5] 所羅門建造基色、下伯和崙、
[bbe] ... and Solomon was the builder of Gezer and Beth-horon the lower,
[dunv] 所羅門<08010>建造<01129><8799>基色<01507>、下<08481>伯和崙<01032>、
[big5] 巴拉，並國中曠野裡的達莫，
[bbe] And Baalath and Tamar in the waste land, in that land;
[dunv] 巴拉<01191>，並國<0776>中曠野<04057>裡的達莫<08412>，
[big5] 又建造所有的積貨城，並屯車和馬兵的城，與耶路撒冷、利巴嫩，以及自己治理的全國中所願建造的。
[bbe] And all the store-towns and the towns which Solomon had for his war-carriages and for his horsemen, and everything which it was his pleasure to put up in Jerusalem and in Lebanon and in all the land under his rule.
[dunv] 又建造{<08010>}所有的積貨<04543>城<05892>，並屯車<07393>{<05892>}和馬兵<06571>的城<05892>，與耶路撒冷<03389>、利巴嫩<03844>，以及自己{<08010>}治理<04475>的全國<0776>中所願<02836><8804>建造<01129><8800>的{<02837>}。
[big5] 至於國中所剩下不屬以色列人的亞摩利人、赫人、比利洗人、希未人、耶布斯人，
[bbe] As for the rest of the Amorites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites, who were not children of Israel;
[dunv] 至於國中所剩下<03498><8737>{<05971>}不屬以色列<03478>人<01121>的亞摩利人<0567>、赫人<02850>、比利洗人<06522>、希未人<02340>、耶布斯人<02983>，
[big5] 就是以色列人不能滅盡的，所羅門挑取他們的後裔作服苦的奴僕，直到今日。
[bbe] Their children who were still in the land, and whom the children of Israel had not been able to put to complete destruction, them did Solomon put to forced work, to this day.
[dunv] 就是以色列<03478>人<01121>{<0310>}{<0776>}{<03498>}{<8738>}不能<03201><8804>滅盡<02763><8687>的，所羅門<08010>挑取<05927><8686>他們的後裔<01121>作服苦<04522>的奴僕<05647><8802>，直到今日<03117>。
[big5] 惟有以色列人，所羅門不使他們作奴僕，乃是作他的戰士、臣僕、統領、軍長、車兵長、馬兵長。
[bbe] But Solomon did not put the children of Israel to forced work; they were the men of war, his servants, his captains, and his chiefs, captains of his war-carriages and of his horsemen.
[dunv] 惟有以色列<03478>人<01121>，所羅門<08010>不使<05414><8804>他們作奴僕<05650>，乃是作他的戰士<0582><04421>、臣僕<05650>、統領<08269>、軍長<07991>、車兵<07393>長、馬兵<06571>長<08269>。
[big5] 所羅門有五百五十督工的，監管工人。
[bbe] These were the chiefs of the overseers of Solomon's work, five hundred and fifty, in authority over the people who did the work.
[dunv] 所羅門<08010>有五<02568>百<03967>五十<02572>{<05324>}{<8737>}督工<04399>的{<08269>}，監管<07287><8802>{<06213>}{<8804>}工<04399>人<05971>。
[big5] 法老的女兒從大衛城搬到所羅門為他建造的宮裡。那時，所羅門才建造米羅。
[bbe] At that time Solomon made Pharaoh's daughter come up from the town of David to the house which he had made for her: then he made the Millo.
[dunv] 法老<06547>的女兒<01323>從大衛<01732>城<05892>搬到<05927><8804>所羅門為他建造<01129><8804>的宮<01004>裡。那時，所羅門才建造<01129><8804>米羅<04407>。
[big5] 所羅門每年三次在他為耶和華所築的壇上獻燔祭和平安祭，又在耶和華面前的壇上燒香。這樣，他建造殿的工程完畢了。
[bbe] Three times in the year it was Solomon's way to give burned offerings and peace-offerings on the altar he had made to the Lord, causing his fire-offering to go up on the altar before the Lord.
[dunv] 所羅門<08010>每年<08141>三<07969>次<06471>在他為耶和華<03068>所築<01129><8804>的壇<04196>上獻<05927><8689>燔祭<05930>和平安祭<08002>，又在耶和華<03068>面前<06440>的壇<04196>上燒香<06999><8687>。這樣，他建造殿<01004>的工程完畢了<07999><8765>。
[big5] 所羅門王在以東地紅海邊，靠近以祿的以旬迦別製造船隻。
[bbe] And King Solomon made a sea-force of ships in Ezion-geber, by Eloth, on the Red Sea, in the land of Edom.
[dunv] 所羅門<08010>王<04428>在以東<0123>地<0776>紅<05488>海<03220>邊<08193>，靠近以祿<0359>的以旬迦別<06100>製造<06213><8804>船隻<0590>。
[big5] 希蘭差遣他的僕人，就是熟悉泛海的船家，與所羅門的僕人一同坐船航海。
[bbe] Hiram sent his servants, who were experienced seamen, in the sea-force with Solomon's men.
[dunv] 希蘭<02438>差遣<07971><8799>他的僕人<05650>，就是熟悉<03045><8802>泛海<03220>的船家<0582><0591>，與所羅門<08010>的僕人<05650>一同坐船<0590>航海。

[bbe] And they came to Ophir, where they got four hundred and twenty talents of gold, and took it back to King Solomon.
