[big5] 弟兄們，我不願意你們不曉得，我們的祖宗從前都在雲下，都從海中經過，
[bbe] For it is my desire, my brothers, that you may keep in mind how all our fathers were under the cloud, and they all went through the sea;
[dunv] {<1161>}弟兄們<80>，我不<3756>願意<2309><5719>你們<5209>不曉得<50><5721>，{<3754>}我們的<2257>祖宗<3962>從前都<3956>在<2258><5713>雲<3507>下<5259>，{<2532>}都<3956>從<1223>海<2281>中經過<1330><5627>，
[big5] 都在雲裡、海裡受洗歸了摩西；
[bbe] And they all had baptism from Moses in the cloud and in the sea;
[dunv] {<2532>}都<3956>在雲<3507>裡<1722>、{<2532>}海<2281>裡<1722>受洗<907><5668>歸了<1519>摩西<3475>；
[big5] 並且都吃了一樣的靈食，
[bbe] And they all took the same holy food;
[dunv] 並且<2532>都<3956>吃了<5315><5627>一樣的<846>靈<4152>食<1033>，
[big5] 也都喝了一樣的靈水。所喝的，是出於隨著他們的靈磐石；那磐石就是基督。
[bbe] And the same holy drink: for they all took of the water from the holy rock which came after them: and the rock was Christ.
[dunv] 也<2532>都<3956>喝了<4095><5627>一樣的<846>靈<4152>水<4188>。所<1063>喝<4095><5707>的<1537>，是出於隨著<190><5723>他們的靈<4152>磐石<4073>；那<1161>磐石<4073>就是<2258><5713>基督<5547>。
[big5] 但他們中間多半是神不喜歡的人，所以在曠野倒斃。
[bbe] But with most of them God was not pleased: for they came to their end in the waste land.
[dunv] {<1161>}但他們<846>中間<1722>多半<4119>是神<2316>不<3756>喜歡<2106><5656>的人，所以<1063>在<1722>曠野<2048>倒斃<2693><5681>。
[big5] 這些事都是我們的鑑戒，叫我們不要貪戀惡事，像他們那樣貪戀的；
[bbe] Now these things were for an example to us, so that our hearts might not go after evil things, as they did.
[dunv] {<1161>}這些事<5023>都是<1096><5675>我們的<2257>鑑戒<5179>，叫<1519>我們<2248>不<3361>要<1511><5750>貪戀惡<2556>事<1938>，像<2531>他們那樣<2548>貪戀<1937><5656>的；
[big5] 也不要拜偶像，像他們有人拜的。如經上所記：百姓坐下吃喝，起來玩耍。
[bbe] Then do not go after false gods, as some of them did; as it is said in the holy Writings, After resting and feasting, the people got up to take their pleasure.
[dunv] 也不<3366>要拜{<1096>}{<5737>}偶像<1496>，像<2531>他們<846>有人<5100>拜的。如<5613>經上所記<1125><5769>：百姓<2992>坐下<2523><5656>吃<5315><5629>{<2532>}喝<4095><5629>，{<2532>}起來<450><5656>玩耍<3815><5721>。
[big5] 我們也不要行姦淫，像他們有人行的，一天就倒斃了二萬三千人；
[bbe] Again, let us not give way to the desires of the flesh, as some of them did, of whom twenty-three thousand came to their end in one day.
[dunv] 我們也不<3366>要行姦淫<4203><5725>，像<2531>他們<846>有人<2531>行<4203><5656>的，{<2532>}一<3391>天<2250>就倒斃<4098><5627>了<1722>二萬三千<5140><1501><5505>人；
[big5] 也不要試探主（有古卷：基督），像他們有人試探的，就被蛇所滅。
[bbe] And let us not put the Lord to the test, as some of them did, and came to their death by snakes.
[dunv] 也不<3366>要試探<1598><5725>主（有古卷：基督<5547>），像<2531>他們<5100>有人<5100>{<2532>}試探<3985><5656>的，{<2532>}就被<5259>蛇<3789>所滅<622><5639>。
[big5] 你們也不要發怨言，像他們有發怨言的，就被滅命的所滅。
[bbe] And do not say evil things against the Lord, as some of them did, and destruction overtook them.
[dunv] 你們也不<3366>要發怨言<1111><5720>，像<2531>他們<846>有<2532>發怨言<1111><5656>的{<5100>}，就<2532>被<5259>滅命的<3644>所滅<622><5639>。
[big5] 他們遭遇這些事，都要作為鑑戒；並且寫在經上，正是警戒我們這末世的人。
[bbe] Now these things were done as an example; and were put down in writing for our teaching, on whom the last days have come.
[dunv] <1161>他們<1565>遭遇<4819><5707>這些事<5023>，都<3956>要作為鑑戒<5179>；並且<1161>寫<1125><5648>在經上，正是<4314>警戒<3559>{<1519>}我們<2257>這末<5056>世<165>{<2658>}{<5656>}的人<3739>。
[big5] 所以，自己以為站得穩的，須要謹慎，免得跌倒。
[bbe] So let him who seems to himself to be safe go in fear of a fall.
[dunv] 所以<5620>，自己以為<1380><5723>站<2476><5760>得穩的，須要謹慎<991><5720>，免得<3361>跌倒<4098><5632>。
[big5] 你們所遇見的試探，無非是人所能受的。神是信實的，必不叫你們受試探過於所能受的；在受試探的時候，總要給你們開一條出路，叫你們能忍受得住。
[bbe] You have been put to no test but such as is common to man: and God is true, who will not let any test come on you which you are not able to undergo; but he will make with the test a way out of it, so that you may be able to go through it.
[dunv] 你們<5209>所{<3756>}遇見的試探<3986>，無非<1508>是人<442>所能受的<2983><5758>。神<2316>是<1161>信實<4103>的，{<3739>}必不<3756>叫<1439><5692>你們<5209>受試探<3985><5683>過於<5228>所能<1410><5736>受的{<3739>}；{<235>}在<4862>受試探<3986>的時候，總<2532>要給你們開<4160><5692>一條出路<1545>，叫你們<5209>能<1410><5738>忍受<5297><5629>得住。
[big5] 我所親愛的弟兄啊，你們要逃避拜偶像的事。
[bbe] For this cause, my dear brothers, give no worship to false gods.
[dunv] {<1355>}我<3450>所親愛<27>的弟兄阿，你們要逃避<5343><5720>{<575>}拜偶像<1495>的事。
[big5] 我好像對明白人說的，你們要審察我的話。
[bbe] What I am saying is for wise men, do you be the judges of it.
[dunv] 我好像<5613>對明白人<5429>說<3004><5719>的，你們<5210>要審察<2919><5657>我的{<5346>}{<5748>}話<3739>。
[big5] 我們所祝福的杯，豈不是同領基督的血嗎？我們所擘開的餅，豈不是同領基督的身體嗎？
[bbe] The cup of blessing which we take, does it not give us a part in the blood of Christ? and is not the broken bread a taking part in the body of Christ?
[dunv] 我們所<3739>祝福<2127><5719>的{<2129>}杯<4221>，豈不<3780>是<2076><5748>同領<2842>基督<5547>的血<129>麼？我們所<3739>擘開<2806><5719>的餅<740>，豈不<3780>是<2076><5748>同領<2842>基督<5547>的身體<4983>麼？
[big5] 我們雖多，仍是一個餅，一個身體，因為我們都是分受這一個餅。
[bbe] Because we, being a number of persons, are one bread, we are one body: for we all take part in the one bread.
[dunv] 我們雖<3754>多<4183>，仍是<2070><5748>一<1520>個餅<740>，一<1520>個身體<4983>，因為<1063>我們都<3956>是分受<3348><5719>{<1537>}這一<1520>個餅<740>。
[big5] 你們看屬肉體的以色列人，那吃祭物的豈不是在祭壇上有分嗎？
[bbe] See Israel after the flesh: do not those who take as food the offerings of the altar take a part in the altar?
[dunv] 你們看<991><5720>屬<2596>肉體<4561>的以色列人<2474>，那吃<2068><5723>祭物<2378>的豈不<3780>是<1526><5748>在祭壇<2379>上有分<2844>麼？
[big5] 我是怎麼說呢？豈是說祭偶像之物算得什麼呢？或說偶像算得什麼呢？
[bbe] Do I say, then, that what is offered to images is anything, or that the image is anything?
[dunv] {<3767>}我是怎麼<5101>說<5346><5748>呢？{<3754>}豈是<2076><5748>說祭偶像<1497>之物算得甚麼<5100>呢？或<2228>說{<3754>}偶像<1494>算<2076><5748>得甚麼<5100>呢？
[big5] 我乃是說，外邦人所獻的祭是祭鬼，不是祭神。我不願意你們與鬼相交。
[bbe] What I say is that the things offered by the Gentiles are offered to evil spirits and not to God; and it is not my desire for you to have any part with evil spirits.
[dunv] 我乃<235>是說{<3754>}，外邦人<1484>所獻的<3739>祭<2380><5719>是祭<2380><5719>鬼<1140>，{<2532>}不<3756>是祭神<2316>。{<1161>}我不<3756>願意<2309><5719>你們<5209>與鬼<1140>相交<1096><5738><2844>。
[big5] 你們不能喝主的杯又喝鬼的杯，不能吃主的筵席又吃鬼的筵席。
[bbe] It is not possible for you, at the same time, to take the cup of the Lord and the cup of evil spirits; you may not take part in the table of the Lord and the table of evil spirits.
[dunv] 你們不<3756>能<1410><5736>喝<4095><5721>主<2962>的杯<4221>又<2532>喝鬼<1140>的杯<4221>，不<3756>能<1410><5736>吃{<3348>}{<5721>}主<2962>的筵席<5132>又<2532>吃鬼<1140>的筵席<5132>。
[big5] 我們可惹主的憤恨嗎？我們比他還有能力嗎？
[bbe] Or may we be the cause of envy to the Lord? are we stronger than he?
[dunv] 我們可惹<2228><3863><0>主<2962>的憤恨<3863><5719>麼？我們比<3361>他<846>還有<2070><5748>能力<2478>麼？
[big5] 凡事都可行，但不都有益處。凡事都可行，但不都造就人。
[bbe] We are free to do all things, but there are things which it is not wise to do. We are free to do all things, but not all things are for the common good.
[dunv] 凡事<3956>都可行<1832><5748>{<3427>}，但<235>不<3756>都<3956>有益處<4851><5719>。凡事<3956>都可行<1832><5748>{<3427>}，但<235>不<3756>都<3956>造就<3618><5719>人。
[big5] 無論何人，不要求自己的益處，乃要求別人的益處。
[bbe] Let a man give attention not only to what is good for himself, but equally to his neighbour's good.
[dunv] 無論何人<3367>，不要求<2212><5720>自己<1438>的益處，乃<235>要求別<2087>人<1538>的益處。
[big5] 凡市上所賣的，你們只管吃，不要為良心的緣故問什麼話，
[bbe] Whatever meat may be had at the public market, take as food without question of right or wrong;
[dunv] 凡<3956>市<3111>上<1722>所賣<4453><5746>的，你們只管吃<2068><5720>，不<3367>要為良心<4893>的緣故<1223>問<350><5723>甚麼話，
[big5] 因為地和其中所充滿的都屬乎主。
[bbe] For the earth is the Lord's and all things in it.
[dunv] 因為<1063>地<1093>和<2532>其中<846>所充滿<4138>的都屬乎主<2962>。
[big5] 倘有一個不信的人請你們赴席，你們若願意去，凡擺在你們面前的，只管吃，不要為良心的緣故問什麼話。
[bbe] If a Gentile makes a feast for you, and you are pleased to go as a guest, take whatever is put before you, without question of right or wrong.
[dunv] 倘<1161>有一<1536>個不<571>信的人請<2564><5719>你們<5209>赴席，<2532>你們若願意<2309><5719>去<4198><5738>，凡<3956>擺在你們<5213>面前<3908><5746>的，只管吃<2068><5720>，不<3367>要為良心<4893>的緣故<1223>問<350><5723>甚麼話。
[big5] 若有人對你們說：這是獻過祭的物，就要為那告訴你們的人，並為良心的緣故不吃。
[bbe] But if anyone says to you, This food has been used as an offering, do not take it, on account of him who said it, and on account of his sense of right and wrong:
[dunv] {<1161>}若<1437>有人<5100>對你們<5213>說<2036><5632>：這<5124>是<2076><5748>獻過祭<1494>的物，就<2532>要為那告訴<3377><5660>你們的人，並為<1223>良心<4893>的緣故<1565>不<3361>吃<2068><5720>。{<1063>}{<1093>}{<2962>}{<2532>}{<4138>}{<846>}
[big5] 我說的良心不是你的，乃是他的。我這自由為什麼被別人的良心論斷呢？
[bbe] Right and wrong, I say, not for you, but for the other man; for the fact that I am free is not dependent on another man's sense of right or wrong.
[dunv] 我說<3004><5719>的良心<4893>不<3780>是你的<1438>，<1161>乃<235>是他的<2087>。{<1063>}我<3450>這自由<1657>為甚麼<2444>被<5259>別人<243>的良心<4893>論斷<2919><5743>呢？
[big5] 我若謝恩而吃，為什麼因我謝恩的物被人毀謗呢？
[bbe] But if I give praise to God for the food which I take, let no man say evil of me for that reason.
[dunv] {<1161>}我<1473>若<1487>謝恩<5485>而吃<3348><5719>，為甚麼<5101>因<5228>我<1473>謝恩<2168><5719>的物<3739>被人毀謗<987><5743>呢？
[big5] 所以，你們或吃或喝，無論做什麼，都要為榮耀神而行。
[bbe] So then, if it is a question of food or drink, or any other thing, whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
[dunv] 所以<3767>，你們或<1535>吃<2068><5719>或<1535>喝<4095><5719>，{<1535>}無論做<4160><5719>甚麼<5100>，都要<3956>為<1519>榮耀<1391>神<2316>而行<4160><5720>。
[big5] 不拘是猶太人，是希利尼人，是神的教會，你們都不要使他跌倒；
[bbe] Give no cause of trouble to Jews, or to Greeks, or to the church of God.
[dunv] 不拘<2532>是猶太人<2453>，是<2532>希利尼人<1672>，是<2532>神<2316>的教會<1577>，你們都不要使<1096><5737>他跌倒<677>；
[big5] 就好像我凡事都叫眾人喜歡，不求自己的益處，只求眾人的益處，叫他們得救。
[bbe] Even as I give way to all men in all things, not looking for profit for myself, but for the good of others, that they may get salvation.
[dunv] 就好像<2531>我<2504>凡事都叫眾<3956>人<3956>喜歡<700><5719>，不<3361>求<2212><5723>自己<1683>的益處<4851><5723>，只<235>求眾人<4183>的益處<3588>，叫<2443>他們得救<4982><5686>。
