[bbe] Paul, an Apostle of Jesus Christ by the purpose of God, and Sosthenes the brother,

[big5] 寫信給在哥林多神的教會，就是在基督耶穌裡成聖、蒙召作聖徒的，以及所有在各處求告我主耶穌基督之名的人。基督是他們的主，也是我們的主。
[bbe] To the church of God which is in Corinth, to those who have been made holy in Christ Jesus, saints by the selection of God, with all those who in every place give honour to the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, their Lord and ours:

[bbe] Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

[big5] 我常為你們感謝我的神，因神在基督耶穌裡所賜給你們的恩惠；
[bbe] I give praise to my God for you at all times, because of the grace of God which has been given to you in Christ Jesus;

[bbe] So that in him you have wealth in all things, in word and in knowledge of every sort;

[big5] 正如我為基督作的見證，在你們心裡得以堅固，
[bbe] Even as the witness of the Christ has been made certain among you:

[big5] 以致你們在恩賜上沒有一樣不及人的，等候我們的主耶穌基督顯現。
[bbe] So that having every grace you are living in the hope of the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ;
[dunv] 以致<5620>你們<5209>在恩賜<5486>上<1722>沒有<3361><3367>一樣不及<5302><5745>人的，等候<553><5740>我們的<2257>主<2962>耶穌<2424>基督<5547>顯現<602>。
[big5] 他也必堅固你們到底，叫你們在我們主耶穌基督的日子無可責備。
[bbe] Who will give you strength to the end, to be free from all sin in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.
[dunv] 他{<3739>}也<2532>必堅固<950><5692>你們<5209>到<2193>底<5056>，叫你們在<1722>我們<2257>主<2962>耶穌<2424>基督<5547>的日子<2250>無可責備<410>。
[big5] 神是信實的，你們原是被他所召，好與他兒子─我們的主耶穌基督一同得分。
[bbe] God is true, through whom you have been given a part with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
[dunv] 神<2316>是信實<4103>的，你們原是被<1223>他{<3739>}所召<2564><5681>，好與<1519>他<846>兒子<5207>─我們的<2257>主<2962>耶穌<2424>基督<5547>一同得分<2842>。
[big5] 弟兄們，我藉我們主耶穌基督的名勸你們都說一樣的話。你們中間也不可分黨，只要一心一意，彼此相合。
[bbe] Now I make request to you, my brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you will all say the same thing, and that there may be no divisions among you, so that you may be in complete agreement, in the same mind and in the same opinion.
[dunv] 弟兄們<80>，{<1161>}我藉<1223>我們<2257>主<2962>耶穌<2424>基督<5547>的名<3686>勸<3870><5719>你們<5209>{<2443>}都<3956>說<3004><5725>一樣的話<846>。你們<5213>中間<1722>也<2532>不<3361>可<5600><5753>分黨<4978>，只<1161>要<5600><5753>{<1722>}一<846>心<3563>{<2532>}{<2532>}一<846>意<1106>，彼此相合<2675><5772>。
[big5] 因為革來氏家裡的人曾對我提起弟兄們來，說你們中間有紛爭。
[bbe] Because it has come to my knowledge, through those of the house of Chloe, that there are divisions among you, my brothers.
[dunv] 因為<1063>{<5259>}革來氏<5514>家<3588>裡的人曾對我<3427>題<1213><5681>起<4012>{<5216>}{<3450>}弟兄們<80>來，說<3754>你們<5213>中間<1722>有<1526><5748>分爭<2054>。
[big5] 我的意思就是你們各人說：我是屬保羅的；我是屬亞波羅的；我是屬磯法的；我是屬基督的。
[bbe] That is, that some of you say, I am of Paul; some say, I am of Apollos; some say, I am of Cephas; and some say, I am Christ's.
[dunv] {<1161>}{<5124>}我的意思<3004><5719>就是<3754>你們<5216>各人<1538>說<3004><5719>：我<1473>{<3303>}是<1510><5748>屬保羅<3972>的；{<1161>}我<1473>是屬亞波羅<625>的；{<1161>}我<1473>是屬磯法<2786>的；{<1161>}我<1473>是屬基督<5547>的。
[big5] 基督是分開的嗎？保羅為你們釘了十字架嗎？你們是奉保羅的名受了洗嗎？
[bbe] Is there a division in Christ? was Paul nailed to the cross for you? or were you given baptism in the name of Paul?
[dunv] 基督<5547>是分開<3307><5769>的麼？保羅<3972>為<5228>你們<5216>釘了十字架<4717><5681>麼{<3361>}？{<2228>}你們是奉<1519>保羅<3972>的名<3686>受了洗<907><5681>麼？
[big5] 我感謝神，除了基利司布並該猶以外，我沒有給你們一個人施洗；
[bbe] I give praise to God that not one of you had baptism from me, but Crispus and Gaius;
[dunv] 我感謝<2168><5719>神<2316>，{<3754>}除了<1508>基利司布<2921>並<2532>該猶<1050>以外，我沒有給你們<5216>一個人<3762>施洗<907><5656>；
[big5] 免得有人說，你們是奉我的名受洗。
[bbe] So that no one may be able to say that you had baptism in my name.
[dunv] 免得<3363>有人<5100>說<2036><5632>，你們是<3754>奉<1519>我的<1519>名<3686>受洗<907><5656>。
[big5] 我也給司提反家施過洗，此外給別人施洗沒有，我卻記不清。
[bbe] And I gave baptism to the house of Stephanas; but I am not certain that any others had baptism from me.
[dunv] {<1161>}我也<2532>給司提反<4734>家<3624>施過洗<907><5656>，此外<3063>給別<1536>人<243>施洗<907><5656>沒有，我卻記<1492><5758>不<3756>清。
[big5] 基督差遣我，原不是為施洗，乃是為傳福音，並不用智慧的言語，免得基督的十字架落了空。
[bbe] For Christ sent me, not to give baptism, but to be a preacher of the good news: not with wise words, for fear that the cross of Christ might be made of no value.
[dunv] {<1063>}基督<5547>差遣<649><5656>我<3165>，原不<3756>是為施洗<907><5721>，乃是<235>為傳福音<2097><5733>，並不<3756>用<1722>智慧<4678>的言語<3056>，免得<3363>基督<5547>的十字架<4716>落了空<2758><5686>。
[big5] 因為十字架的道理，在那滅亡的人為愚拙；在我們得救的人，卻為神的大能。
[bbe] For the word of the cross seems foolish to those who are on the way to destruction; but to us who are on the way to salvation it is the power of God.
[dunv] 因為<1063>十字架<4716>的道理<3056>，在那滅亡<622><5730>的人{<3303>}為<2076><5748>愚拙<3472>；在我們<2254>得救<4982><5746>的人，卻<1161>為<2076><5748>神<2316>的大能<1411>。
[big5] 就如經上所記：我要滅絕智慧人的智慧，廢棄聰明人的聰明。
[bbe] As it says in the holy Writings, I will put an end to the wisdom of the wise, and will put on one side the designs of those who have knowledge.
[dunv] 就如<1063>經上所記<1125><5769>：我要滅絕<622><5692>智慧人<4680>的智慧<4678>，{<2532>}廢棄<114><5692>聰明人<4908>的聰明<4907>。
[big5] 智慧人在哪裡？文士在哪裡？這世上的辯士在哪裡？神豈不是叫這世上的智慧變成愚拙嗎？
[bbe] Where is the wise? where is he who has knowledge of the law? where is the man of this world who has a love of discussion? has not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?
[dunv] 智慧人<4680>在那裡<4226>？文士<1122>在那裡<4226>？這<5127>世<165>上的辯士<4804>在那裡<4226>？神<2316>豈不<3780>是叫這<5127>世<2889>上的智慧<4678>變成愚拙<3471><5656>麼？
[big5] 世人憑自己的智慧，既不認識神，神就樂意用人所當作愚拙的道理，拯救那些信的人；這就是神的智慧了。
[bbe] For because, by the purpose of God, the world, with all its wisdom, had not the knowledge of God, it was God's pleasure, by so foolish a thing as preaching, to give salvation to those who had faith in him.
[dunv] 世<2889>人憑<1223>自己的智慧<4678>，既不<3756>認識<1097><5627>神<2316>，神<2316>就樂意<2106><5656>用<1223>人所當作愚拙<3472>的道理<2782>，拯救<4982><5658>那些信<4100><5723>的人；這<1894>就<1063>是<1722>神<2316>的智慧<4678>了。
[big5] 猶太人是要神蹟，希利尼人是求智慧，
[bbe] Seeing that the Jews make request for signs, and the Greeks are looking for knowledge:
[dunv] {<2532>}{<1894>}猶太人<2453>是要<154><5719>神蹟<4592>，{<2532>}希利尼人<1672>是求<2212><5719>智慧<4678>，
[big5] 我們卻是傳釘十字架的基督，在猶太人為絆腳石，在外邦人為愚拙；
[bbe] But we give the good news of Christ on the cross, a hard thing to the Jews, and a foolish thing to the Gentiles;
[dunv] 我們<2249>卻<1161>是傳<2784><5719>釘十字架<4717><5772>的基督<5547>，在猶太人<2453>為<3303>絆腳石<4625>，{<1161>}在外邦人<1672>為愚拙<3472>；
[big5] 但在那蒙召的，無論是猶太人、希利尼人，基督總為神的能力，神的智慧。
[bbe] But to those of God's selection, Jews and Greeks, Christ is the power and the wisdom of God.
[dunv] 但<1161>在那<3588>蒙召<2822>的{<846>}，{<5037>}無論是猶太人<2453>、{<2532>}希利尼人<1672>，基督<5547>總為神<2316>的能力<1411>，{<2532>}神<2316>的智慧<4678>。
[big5] 因神的愚拙總比人智慧，神的軟弱總比人強壯。
[bbe] Because what seems foolish in God is wiser than men; and what seems feeble in God is stronger than men.
[dunv] 因<3754>神<2316>的愚拙<3474>總<2076><5748>比人<444>智慧<4680>，<2532>神<2316>的軟弱<772>總<2076><5748>比人<444>強壯<2478>。
[big5] 弟兄們哪，可見你們蒙召的，按著肉體有智慧的不多，有能力的不多，有尊貴的也不多。
[bbe] For you see God's design for you, my brothers, that he has not taken a great number of the wise after the flesh, not the strong, not the noble:
[dunv] 弟兄們<80>哪，可<1063>見<5216>你們<5216>蒙召<2821>的，{<3754>}按著<2596>肉體<4561>有智慧<4680>的不<3756>多<4183>，有能力<1415>的不<3756>多<4183>，有尊貴<2104>的也不<3756>多<4183>。
[big5] 神卻揀選了世上愚拙的，叫有智慧的羞愧；又揀選了世上軟弱的，叫那強壯的羞愧。
[bbe] But God made selection of the foolish things of this world so that he might put the wise to shame; and the feeble things that he might put to shame the strong;
[dunv] 神<2316>卻<235>揀選了<1586><5668>世<2889>上愚拙<3474>的，叫<2443>有智慧<4680>的羞愧<2617><5725>；又<2532>{<2316>}揀選了<1586><5668>世<2889>上軟弱<772>的，叫<2443>那強壯<2478>的羞愧<2617><5725>。
[big5] 神也揀選了世上卑賤的，被人厭惡的，以及那無有的，為要廢掉那有的。
[bbe] And the low things of the world, and the things without honour, did God make selection of, yes, even the things which are not, so that he might make as nothing the things which are:
[dunv] 神<2316>也<2532>揀選了<1586><5668>世<2889>上卑賤<36>的，<2532>被人厭惡<1848><5772>的，以及<2532>那<3588>無<3361>有的<5607><5752>，為<2443>要廢掉<2673><5661>那有的<5607><5752>。
[big5] 使一切有血氣的，在神面前一個也不能自誇。
[bbe] So that no flesh might have glory before God.
[dunv] 使<3704>一切<3956>有血氣<4561>的，在神{<846>}面前<1799>一個也不<3361>能自誇<2744><5667>。
[big5] 但你們得在基督耶穌裡，是本乎神，神又使他成為我們的智慧、公義、聖潔、救贖。
[bbe] But God has given you a place in Christ Jesus, through whom God has given us wisdom and righteousness and salvation, and made us holy:
[dunv] 但<1161>你們<5210>得在<2075><5748>基督<5547>耶穌<2424>裡<1722>，是{<1161>}本乎<1537>神{<846>}，神<2316>又使<575>他{<3739>}成為<1096><5675>我們的<2254><5037>智慧<4678>、公義<1343>、{<2532>}聖潔<38>、{<2532>}救贖<629>。
[big5] 如經上所記：誇口的，當指著主誇口。
[bbe] So that, as it is said in the holy Writings, Whoever has a desire for glory, let his glory be in the Lord.
[dunv] 如<2531>經上所記<1125><5769>：誇口的<2744><5740>，當<2443>指著<1722>主<2962>誇口<2744><5737>。
