[bbe] And when the day of Pentecost was come, they were all together in one place.

[bbe] And suddenly there came from heaven a sound like the rushing of a violent wind, and all the house where they were was full of it.

[bbe] And they saw tongues, like flames of fire, coming to rest on every one of them.

[bbe] And they were all full of the Holy Spirit, and were talking in different languages, as the Spirit gave them power.

[bbe] Now there were living at Jerusalem, Jews, God-fearing men, from every nation under heaven.

[bbe] And when this sound came to their ears, they all came together, and were greatly surprised because every man was hearing the words of the disciples in his special language.

[bbe] And they were full of wonder and said, Are not all these men Galilaeans?

[big5] 我們各人，怎麼聽見他們說我們生來所用的鄉談呢？
[bbe] And how is it that every one of us is hearing their words in the language which was ours from our birth?

[big5] 我們帕提亞人、瑪代人、以攔人，和住在米所波大米、猶太、加帕多家、本都、亞西亞、
[bbe] Men of Parthia, Media, and Elam, and those living in Mesopotamia, in Judaea and Cappadocia, in Pontus and Asia,
[dunv] 我們帕提亞人<3934>、{<2532>}瑪代人<3370>、{<2532>}以攔人<1639>，和<2532>住<2730><5723>在米所波大米<3318>、{<5037>}猶太<2449>、{<2532>}加帕多家<2587>、本都<4195>、{<2532>}亞西亞<773>、
[big5] 弗呂家、旁非利亞、埃及的人，並靠近古利奈的呂彼亞一帶地方的人，從羅馬來的客旅中，或是猶太人，或是進猶太教的人，
[bbe] In Phrygia and Pamphylia, in Egypt and the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and those who have come from Rome, Jews by birth and others who have become Jews,

[big5] 革哩底和亞拉伯人，都聽見他們用我們的鄉談，講說神的大作為。
[bbe] Men of Crete and Arabia, to all of us they are talking in our different languages, of the great works of God.
[dunv] 革哩底<2912>和<2532>亞拉伯人<690>，都聽見<191><5719>他們<846>用我們的<2251>鄉談<1100>，講說<2980><5723>神<2316>的大作為<3167>。
[big5] 眾人就都驚訝猜疑，彼此說：這是什麼意思呢？
[bbe] And they were all surprised and in doubt saying to one another, What is the reason of this?
[dunv] 眾人<3956>就<1161>都驚訝<1839><5710>{<2532>}猜疑<1280><5707>，彼此<243><4314><243>說<3004><5723>：這<5124>是<1511><5750>甚麼<5101>意思<2309><5722><302>呢？
[big5] 還有人譏誚說：他們無非是新酒灌滿了。
[bbe] But others, making sport of them, said, They are full of new wine.
[dunv] 還<1161>有人<2087>譏誚<5512><5723>說<3004><5707>：{<3754>}他們無非是<1526><5748>新酒<1098>灌滿<3325><5772>了。
[big5] 彼得和十一個使徒站起，高聲說：猶太人和一切住在耶路撒冷的人哪，這件事你們當知道，也當側耳聽我的話。
[bbe] But Peter, getting up, with the eleven, said in a loud voice, O men of Judaea, and all you who are living in Jerusalem, take note of this and give ear to my words.

[big5] 你們想這些人是醉了；其實不是醉了，因為時候剛到巳初。
[bbe] For these men are not overcome with wine, as it seems to you, for it is only the third hour of the day;
[dunv] {<1063>}{<5613>}你們<5210>想<5274><5719>這些人<3778>是醉了；其實不是<3756>醉<3184><5719>了，因為<1063>時候<2250>剛到<2076><5748>巳初<5154><5610>。
[big5] 這正是先知約珥所說的：
[bbe] But this is the thing which was said by the prophet Joel;

[big5] 神說：在末後的日子，我要將我的靈澆灌凡有血氣的。你們的兒女要說預言；你們的少年人要見異象；老年人要做異夢。
[bbe] And it will come about, in the last days, says God, that I will send out my Spirit on all flesh; and your sons and your daughters will be prophets, and your young men will see visions, and your old men will have dreams:

[bbe] And on my men-servants and my women-servants I will send my Spirit, and they will be prophets.

[bbe] And wonders will be seen in heaven, and signs on the earth, blood and fire and smoke:

[big5] 日頭要變為黑暗，月亮要變為血；這都在主大而明顯的日子未到以前。
[bbe] The sun will become dark and the moon will be turned to blood, before that great day of the Lord comes in glory:
[dunv] 日頭<2246>要變<3344><5691>為<1519>黑暗<4655>，{<2532>}月亮<4582>要變為<1519>血<129>；這都在主<2962>大<3173>而<2532>明顯的<2016>日子<2250>未到<2064><5629>以前<2228><4250>。
[big5] 到那時候，凡求告主名的，就必得救。
[bbe] And whoever makes his prayer to the Lord will have salvation.
[dunv] {<2532>}到那時候<2071><5704>，凡<3739><3956><302>求告<1941><5672>主<2962>名<3686>的，就必得救<4982><5701>。
[big5] 以色列人哪，請聽我的話：神藉著拿撒勒人耶穌在你們中間施行異能、奇事、神蹟，將他證明出來，這是你們自己知道的。
[bbe] Men of Israel, give ear to these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man who had the approval of God, as was made clear to you by the great works and signs and wonders which God did by him among you, as you yourselves have knowledge,
[dunv] 以色列<2475>人<435>哪，請聽<191><5657>{<5128>}我的話<3056>：{<3739>}神<2316>藉著<1223>{<846>}拿撒勒<3480>人<435>耶穌<2424>在<1722>你們<5216>中間<3319>施行<4160><5656>異能<1411>、{<2532>}奇事<5059>{<2532>}神蹟<4592>，{<575>}{<2316>}{<1519>}{<5209>}將他證明出來<584><5772>，這是<2531>你們自己<846>{<2532>}知道<1492><5758>的。
[big5] 他既按著神的定旨先見被交與人，你們就藉著無法之人的手，把他釘在十字架上，殺了。
[bbe] Him, when he was given up, by the decision and knowledge of God, you put to death on the cross, by the hands of evil men:
[dunv] 他<5126>既按著神<2316>的定<3724><5772>旨<1012>{<2532>}先見<4268>被交<1560>與人，你們就藉著<1223>無法之人<459>的手<5495>，把<2983><5631>他釘在十字架上<4362><5660>，殺了<337><5627>。
[big5] 神卻將死的痛苦解釋了，叫他復活，因為他原不能被死拘禁。
[bbe] But God gave him back to life, having made him free from the pains of death because it was not possible for him to be overcome by it.
[dunv] 神<2316>卻將死<2288>的痛苦<5604>解釋<3089><5660>了，叫他<3739>復活<450><5656>，因為<2530>他<846>原不<3756>能<2258><5713><1415>被<5259>死{<846>}拘禁<2902><5745>。
[big5] 大衛指著他說：我看見主常在我眼前；他在我右邊，叫我不至於搖動。
[bbe] For David said of him, I saw the Lord before my face at all times, for he is at my right hand, so that I may not be moved:
[dunv] {<1063>}大衛<1138>指著<1519>他<846>說<3004><5719>：我看見<4308><5710>主<2962>常<1223><3956>在我<3450>眼前<1799>；{<3754>}他{<2076>}{<5748>}在<1537>我<3450>右邊<1188>，叫我不至於<3363>搖動<4531><5686>。
[big5] 所以，我心裡歡喜，我的靈（原文是舌）快樂；並且我的肉身要安居在指望中。
[bbe] And for this cause my heart was glad and my tongue full of joy, and my flesh will be resting in hope:
[dunv] 所以<1223><5124>，我<3450>心裡<2588>歡喜<2165><5681>，{<2532>}我的<3450>靈（原文是舌<1100>）快樂<21><5662>；並且<1161><2089><2532>我的<3450>肉身<4561>要安居<2681><5692>在<1909>指望<1680>中。
[big5] 因你必不將我的靈魂撇在陰間，也不叫你的聖者見朽壞。
[bbe] For you will not let my soul be in hell and you will not give up your Holy One to destruction.
[dunv] 因<3754>你必不<3756>將我的<3450>靈魂<5590>撇<1459><5692>在<1519>陰間<86>，也不<3761>叫<1325><5692>你的<4675>聖者<3741>見<1492><5629>朽壞<1312>。
[big5] 你已將生命的道路指示我，必叫我因見你的面（或作：叫我在你面前）得著滿足的快樂。
[bbe] You have made me see the ways of life; I will be full of joy when I see your face.
[dunv] 你已將生命<2222>的道路<3598>指示<1107><5656>我<3427>，必叫我<3165>因<3326>見你的<4675>面<4383>（或作：叫我在你面前）得著<4137><5692>滿足的快樂<2167>。
[big5] 弟兄們！先祖大衛的事，我可以明明的對你們說：他死了，也葬埋了，並且他的墳墓直到今日還在我們這裡。
[bbe] My brothers, I may say to you openly that David came to his death, and was put in the earth, and his resting-place is with us today.
[dunv] 弟兄們<435><80>！{<4012>}先祖<3966>大衛<1138>的事，我可以<1832><5752>明明的<3326><3954>對<4314>你們<5209>說<2036><5629>：{<2532>}他死了<5053><5656>，也<2532>葬埋了<2290><5648>，並且<2532>他的<846>墳墓<3418>直到<891>今<5026>日<2250>還在<2076><5748><1722>我們<2254>這裡。
[big5] 大衛既是先知，又曉得神曾向他起誓，要從他的後裔中立一位坐在他的寶座上，
[bbe] But being a prophet, and having in mind the oath which God had given to him, that of the fruit of his body one would take his place as a king,
[dunv] 大衛既<3767>是<5225><5723>先知<4396>，又<2532>曉得<1492><5761>{<3754>}神<2316>曾向他<846>起誓<3660><5656><3727>，{<2596>}{<4561>}要從<1537>他的<846>{<3751>}後裔<2590>中立<450><5693>一位坐<2523><5658>在<1909>他的<846>寶座<2362>上，
[big5] 就預先看明這事，講論基督復活說：他的靈魂不撇在陰間；他的肉身也不見朽壞。
[bbe] He, having knowledge of the future, was talking of the coming again of Christ from the dead, that he was not kept in hell and his body did not see destruction.
[dunv] 就預先看明<4275><5631>這事，講論<2980><5656>{<4012>}基督<5547>復活<386>說{<3754>}：他的<846>靈魂<5590>不<3756>撇<2641><5681>在<1519>陰間<86>；他的<846>肉身<4561>也不<3761>見<1492><5627>朽壞<1312>。
[big5] 這耶穌，神已經叫他復活了，我們都為這事作見證。
[bbe] This Jesus God has given back to life, of which we all are witnesses.
[dunv] 這<5126>耶穌<2424>，神<2316>已經叫他復活<450><5656>了，我們<2249>都<3956>為這事<3739>作<2070><5748>見證<3144>。
[big5] 他既被神的右手高舉（或作：他既高舉在神的右邊），又從父受了所應許的聖靈，就把你們所看見所聽見的，澆灌下來。
[bbe] And so, being lifted up to the right hand of God, and having the Father's word that the Holy Spirit would come, he has sent this thing, which now you see and have knowledge of.

[big5] 大衛並沒有升到天上，但自己說：主對我主說：你坐在我的右邊，
[bbe] For David has not gone up into heaven, but says, himself, The Lord said to my Lord, Be seated at my right hand,

[bbe] Till I put all those who are against you under your feet.
[dunv] 等<2193>我使<302><5087><5632>你<4675>仇敵<2190>作你的<4675>腳凳<4228><5286>。
[big5] 故此，以色列全家當確實的知道，你們釘在十字架上的這位耶穌，神已經立他為主，為基督了。
[bbe] For this reason, let all Israel be certain that this Jesus, whom you put to death on the cross, God has made Lord and Christ.
[dunv] 故此<3767>，以色列<2474>全<3956>家<3624>當確實的<806>知道<1097><5720>，{<3754>}你們<5210>釘在十字架<4717><5656>上的這位<3739>耶穌<2424>，神<2316>已經立<4160><5656>他<5126>{<2532>}為主<2962>，{<2532>}為基督<5547>了。
[big5] 眾人聽見這話，覺得扎心，就對彼得和其餘的使徒說：弟兄們，我們當怎樣行？
[bbe] Now when these words came to their ears their hearts were troubled, and they said to Peter and the other Apostles, Brothers, what are we to do?

[big5] 彼得說：你們各人要悔改，奉耶穌基督的名受洗，叫你們的罪得赦，就必領受所賜的聖靈；
[bbe] And Peter said, Let your hearts be changed, every one of you, and have baptism in the name of Jesus Christ, for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will have the Holy Spirit given to you.
[dunv] {<1161>}彼得<4074>說<5346><5713>{<4314>}{<846>}：你們<5216>各人<1538>要悔改<3340><5657>，{<2532>}奉<1909>耶穌<2424>基督<5547>的名<3686>受洗<907><5682>，叫<1519>你們的罪<266>得赦<859>，就<2532>必領受<2983><5695>所賜<1431>的聖<40>靈<4151>；
[big5] 因為這應許是給你們和你們的兒女，並一切在遠方的人，就是主─我們神所召來的。
[bbe] For the word of God is for you and for your children and for all those who are far off, even all those who may be marked out by the Lord our God.
[dunv] 因為<1063>這應許<1860>是<2076><5748>給你們<5213>和<2532>你們的<5216>兒女<5043>，並<2532>一切<3956>在遠方<1519><3112>的人，就是<3745>主<2962>─我們<2257>神<2316>所召來<302><4341><5667>的。
[big5] 彼得還用許多話作見證，勸勉他們說：你們當救自己脫離這彎曲的世代。
[bbe] And with more such words he gave his witness, offering them salvation and saying, Come out from this evil generation.
[dunv] 彼得還<5037><2087>用許多<4119>話<3056>作見證<1263><5711>，{<2532>}勸勉<3870><5707>他們說<3004><5723>：你們當救<4982><5682>自己脫離<575>這<5026>彎曲的<4646>世代<1074>。
[big5] 於是領受他話的人就受了洗。那一天，門徒約添了三千人，
[bbe] Then those who gave hearing to his words had baptism: and about three thousand souls were joined to them that day.

[big5] 都恆心遵守使徒的教訓，彼此交接，擘餅，祈禱。
[bbe] And they kept their attention fixed on the Apostles' teaching and were united together in the taking of broken bread and in prayer.
[dunv] {<1161>}都恆心<2258><5713>遵守<4342><5723>使徒的<652>教訓<1322>，{<2532>}彼此交接<2842>，{<2532>}擘<2800>餅<740>，{<2532>}祈禱<4335>。
[big5] 眾人都懼怕；使徒又行了許多奇事神蹟。
[bbe] But fear came on every soul: and all sorts of wonders and signs were done by the Apostles.

[big5] 信的人都在一處，凡物公用；
[bbe] And all those who were of the faith kept together, and had all things in common;

[big5] 並且賣了田產，家業，照各人所需用的分給各人。
[bbe] And exchanging their goods and property for money, they made division of it among them all, as they had need.
[dunv] 並且<2532>賣了<4097><5707>田產<2933>，{<2532>}家業<5223>，{<2532>}照<2530>各人<5100>所<302>需用<2192><5707><5532>的分給<1266><5707>{<846>}各人<3956>。
[big5] 他們天天同心合意恆切的在殿裡，且在家中擘餅，存著歡喜、誠實的心用飯，
[bbe] And day by day, going in agreement together regularly to the Temple and, taking broken bread together in their houses, they took their food with joy and with true hearts,

[big5] 讚美神，得眾民的喜愛。主將得救的人天天加給他們。
[bbe] Giving praise to God, and having the approval of all the people; and every day the number of those who had salvation was increased by the Lord.
[dunv] 讚美<134><5723>神<2316>，{<2532>}得<2192><5723>{<4314>}眾<3650>民<2992>的喜愛<5485>。{<1161>}主<2962>將得救<4982><5746>的人天天<2596><2250>加給<4369><5707>他們<1577>。
