      尤其是親切, 和藹, 仁慈, 博愛, 同情; 因而也用來指我們的心(溫柔慈悲, 親情, 溫情 等等)

      compassion; hence our heart (tender mercies, affections, etc.) 
  1c) a heart in which mercy resides
