  190. Luk19:46 Saying to them, It has been said, My house is to be a house of prayer, but you have made it a hole of thieves.

  191. Luk19:48 But they were not able to do anything, because the people all kept near him, being greatly interested in his words.

  192. Luk20:2 That the chief priests and the scribes and the rulers of the people came to him and said, Make clear to us by what authority you do these things and who gave you this authority.

  193. Luk20:8 And Jesus said, And I will not make clear to you by what authority I do these things.

  194. Luk20:13 And the lord of the garden said, What am I to do? I will send my dearly loved son; they may give respect to him.

  195. Luk20:15 And driving him out of the garden they put him to death. Now what will the lord do to these workmen?

  196. Luk22:19 And he took bread and, having given praise, he gave it to them when it had been broken, saying, This is my body, which is given for you: do this in memory of me.

  197. Luk23:22 And he said to them a third time, Why, what evil has he done? I see no reason for putting him to death: I will give him punishment and let him go.

  198. Luk23:31 For if they do these things when the tree is green, what will they do when it is dry?

  199. Luk23:34 And Jesus said, Father, let them have forgiveness, for they have no knowledge of what they are doing. And they made division of his clothing among them by the decision of chance.

  200. Jhn2:5 His mother said to the servants, Whatever he says to you, do it.

  201. Jhn2:11 This, the first of his signs, Jesus did at Cana in Galilee and let his glory be seen openly; and his disciples put their faith in him.

  202. Jhn2:15 And he made a whip of small cords and put them all out of the Temple, with the sheep and the oxen, sending in all directions the small money of the changers and overturning their tables;

  203. Jhn2:16 And to those who were trading in doves he said, Take these things away; do not make my Father's house a market.

  204. Jhn2:18 Then the Jews put this question to him: What sign of authority have you to give us, seeing that you do these things?

  205. Jhn2:23 Now while he was in Jerusalem at the feast of the Passover, a great number of people came to have faith in his name, after seeing the signs which he did.

  206. Jhn3:2 He came to Jesus by night and said to him, Rabbi, we are certain that you have come from God as a teacher, because no man would be able to do these signs which you do if God was not with him.

  207. Jhn3:21 But he whose life is true comes to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that his acts have been done by the help of God.

  208. Jhn4:1 Now when it was clear to the Lord that word had come to the ears of the Pharisees that Jesus was making more disciples than John and was giving them baptism

  209. Jhn4:29 Come and see a man who has been talking to me of everything I ever did! Is it possible that this is the Christ?

  210. Jhn4:34 Jesus said, My food is to do the pleasure of him who sent me and to make his work complete.

  211. Jhn4:39 Now a number of the people of that town had faith in him because of the woman's witness: He has been talking to me of everything I ever did.

  212. Jhn4:45 So when he came into Galilee, the Galilaeans took him to their hearts because of the things which they had seen him do in Jerusalem at the feast--they themselves having been there at the feast.

  213. Jhn4:46 So he came to Cana in Galilee, where he had made the water wine. And there was a certain man of high position whose son was ill at Capernaum.

  214. Jhn4:54 Now this is the second sign which Jesus did after he had come out of Judaea into Galilee.

  215. Jhn5:11 He said to them, But he who made me well, said to me, Take up your bed and go.

  216. Jhn5:15 The man went away and said to the Jews that it was Jesus who had made him well.

  217. Jhn5:16 And for this reason the Jews were turned against Jesus, because he was doing these things on the Sabbath.

  218. Jhn5:18 For this cause the Jews had an even greater desire to put Jesus to death, because not only did he not keep the Sabbath but he said God was his Father, so making himself equal with God.

  219. Jhn5:19 So Jesus made answer and said, Truly I say to you, The Son is not able to do anything himself; he is able to do only what he sees the Father doing; whatever the Father does the Son does it in the same way.

  220. Jhn5:20 For the Father has love for the Son and lets him see everything which he does: and he will let him see greater works than these so that you may be full of wonder.

  221. Jhn5:27 And he has given him authority to be judge because he is the Son of man.

  222. Jhn5:29 And they will come out; those who have done good, into the new life; and those who have done evil, to be judged.

  223. Jhn5:30 Of myself I am unable to do anything: as the voice comes to me so I give a decision: and my decision is right because I have no desire to do what is pleasing to myself, but only what is pleasing to him who sent me.

  224. Jhn5:36 But the witness which I have is greater than that of John: the work which the Father has given me to do, the very work which I am now doing, is a witness that the Father has sent me.

  225. Jhn6:2 And a great number of people went after him because they saw the signs which he did on those who were ill.

  226. Jhn6:6 This he said, testing him: for he had no doubt what he himself would do.

  227. Jhn6:10 Jesus said, Let the people be seated. Now there was much grass in that place. And those seated on the grass were about five thousand.

  228. Jhn6:14 And when the people saw the sign which he had done, they said, Truly, this is the prophet who is to come into the world.

  229. Jhn6:15 Now when Jesus saw that the people were about to come and take him by force to make him a king, he went away again up the mountain by himself.

  230. Jhn6:28 Then they said to him, How may we do the works of God?

  231. Jhn6:30 So they said, What sign do you give us, so that we may see and have faith in you? What do you do?

  232. Jhn6:38 For I have come down from heaven, not to do my pleasure, but the pleasure of him who sent me.

  233. Jhn7:3 So his brothers said to him, Go away from here into Judaea so that your disciples may see the works which you do.

  234. Jhn7:4 Because no man does things secretly if he has a desire that men may have knowledge of him. If you do these things, let yourself be seen by all men.

  235. Jhn7:17 If any man is ready to do God's pleasure he will have knowledge of the teaching and of where it comes from--from God or from myself.

  236. Jhn7:19 Did not Moses give you the law? Even so, not one of you keeps the law. Why have you a desire to put me to death?

  237. Jhn7:21 This was the answer of Jesus: I have done one work and you are all surprised at it.

  238. Jhn7:23 If a child is given circumcision on the Sabbath so that the law of Moses may not be broken, why are you angry with me because I made a man completely well on the Sabbath?

  239. Jhn7:31 And numbers of the people had belief in him, and they said, When the Christ comes will he do more signs than this man has done?

  240. Jhn7:51 Is a man judged by our law before it has given him a hearing and has knowledge of what he has done?

  241. Jhn8:27 They did not see that his words were about the Father.

  242. Jhn8:28 So Jesus said, When the Son of man has been lifted up by you, then it will be clear to you who I am, and that I do nothing of myself, but say as the Father gave me teaching.

  243. Jhn8:33 They said to him in answer, We are Abraham's seed and have never been any man's servant: why do you say, You will become free?

  244. Jhn8:37 I am conscious that you are Abraham's seed; but you have a desire to put me to death because my word has no place in you.

  245. Jhn8:38 I say the things which I have seen in my Father's house: and you do the things which come to you from your father's house.

  246. Jhn8:39 In answer they said to him, Our father is Abraham. Jesus said to them, If you were Abraham's children you would do what Abraham did.

  247. Jhn8:40 But now you have a desire to put me to death, a man who has said to you what is true, as I had it from God: Abraham did not do that.

  248. Jhn8:43 Why are my words not clear to you? It is because your ears are shut to my teaching.

  249. Jhn8:52 The Jews said to him, Now we are certain that you have an evil spirit. Abraham is dead, and the prophets are dead; and you say, If a man keeps my word he will never see death.

  250. Jhn9:5 As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.

  251. Jhn9:10 So they said to him, How then were your eyes made open?

  252. Jhn9:13 They took him before the Pharisees--this man who had been blind.

  253. Jhn9:15 So the Pharisees put more questions to him about how his eyes had been made open. And he said to them, He put earth on my eyes, and I had a wash and am able to see.

  254. Jhn9:25 He said in answer, I have no knowledge if he is a sinner or not, but one thing I am certain about; I was blind, and now I see.

  255. Jhn9:30 The man said in answer, Why, here is a strange thing! You have no knowledge where he comes from though he gave me the use of my eyes.

  256. Jhn9:32 In all the years nobody has ever before seen the eyes of a man blind from birth made open.

  257. Jhn10:24 Then the Jews came round him, saying, how long are you going to keep us in doubt? If you are the Christ, say so clearly.

  258. Jhn10:32 Jesus said to them in answer, I have let you see a number of good works from the Father; for which of those works are you stoning me?

  259. Jhn10:36 Do you say of him whom the Father made holy and sent into the world, Your words are evil; because I said, I am God's Son?

  260. Jhn10:37 If I am not doing the works of my Father, do not have belief in me;

  261. Jhn10:40 And he went again to the other side of the Jordan, to the place where John first gave baptism; and he was there for a time.

  262. Jhn11:36 So the Jews said, See how dear he was to him!

  263. Jhn11:44 And he who was dead came out, with linen bands folded tightly about his hands and feet, and a cloth about his face. Jesus said to them, Make him free and let him go.

  264. Jhn11:45 Then a number of the Jews who had come to Mary and had seen the things which Jesus did had belief in him.

  265. Jhn11:46 But some of them went to the Pharisees with the news of what Jesus had done.

  266. Jhn12:1 Then, six days before the Passover, Jesus came to Bethany where Lazarus was, whom Jesus had made to come back from the dead.

  267. Jhn12:15 Have no fear, daughter of Zion: see your King is coming, seated on a young ass.

  268. Jhn12:17 Now the people who were with him when his voice came to Lazarus in the place of the dead, and gave him life again, had been talking about it.

  269. Jhn12:36 In so far as you have the light, put your faith in the light so that you may become sons of light. With these words Jesus went away and for a time was not seen again by them.

  270. Jhn13:6 So he came to Simon Peter. Peter said, Lord, are my feet to be washed by you?

  271. Jhn13:11 (He had knowledge who was false to him; that is why he said, You are not all clean.)

  272. Jhn13:14 If then I, the Lord and the Master, have made your feet clean, it is right for you to make one another's feet clean.

  273. Jhn13:16 Truly I say to you, A servant is not greater than his lord; and he who is sent is not greater than the one who sent him.

  274. Jhn13:26 This was the answer Jesus gave: It is the one to whom I will give this bit of bread after I have put it in the vessel. Then he took the bit of bread, put it into the vessel, and gave it to Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot.

  275. Jhn14:9 Jesus said to him, Philip, have I been with you all this time, and still you have no knowledge of me? He who has seen me has seen the Father. Why do you say, Let us see the Father?

  276. Jhn14:11 Have faith that I am in the Father and that the Father is in me: at least, have faith in me because of what I do.

  277. Jhn14:12 Truly I say to you, He who puts his faith in me will do the very works which I do, and he will do greater things than these, because I am going to my Father.

  278. Jhn14:13 And whatever request you make in my name, that I will do, so that the Father may have glory in the Son.

  279. Jhn14:22 Judas (not Iscariot) said to him, How is it that you will let yourself be seen clearly by us and not by the world?

  280. Jhn14:30 After this I will not say much to you, because the ruler of this world comes: and he has no power over me;

  281. Jhn15:4 Be in me at all times as I am in you. As the branch is not able to give fruit of itself, if it is not still on the vine, so you are not able to do so if you are not in me.

  282. Jhn15:13 Greater love has no man than this, that a man gives up his life for his friends.

  283. Jhn15:14 You are my friends, if you do what I give you orders to do.

  284. Jhn15:20 Keep in mind the words I said to you, A servant is not greater than his lord. If they were cruel to me, they will be cruel to you; if they kept my words, they will keep yours.

  285. Jhn15:23 He who has hate for me has hate for my Father.

  286. Jhn16:1 I have said these things to you so that you may not be in doubt.

  287. Jhn16:2 They will put you out of the Synagogues: yes, the time is coming when whoever puts you to death will have the belief that he is doing God's pleasure.

  288. Jhn17:3 And this is eternal life: to have knowledge of you, the only true God, and of him whom you have sent, even Jesus Christ.

  289. Jhn18:17 Then the girl who was the door-keeper said to Peter, Are you not one of this man's disciples? In answer he said, I am not.

  290. Jhn18:34 Jesus made answer, Do you say this of yourself, or did others say it about me?

  291. Jhn19:6 So when the chief priests and the police saw him they gave a loud cry, To the cross! to the cross! Pilate said to them, Take him yourselves and put him on the cross: I see no crime in him.

  292. Jhn19:11 Jesus gave this answer: You would have no power at all over me if it was not given to you by God; so that he who gave me up to you has the greater sin.

  293. Jhn19:22 But Pilate made answer, What I have put in writing will not be changed.

  294. Jhn19:23 And when Jesus was nailed to the cross, the men of the army took his clothing, and made a division of it into four parts, to every man a part, and they took his coat: now the coat was without a join, made out of one bit of cloth.

  295. Jhn20:29 Jesus said to him, Because you have seen me you have belief: a blessing will be on those who have belief though they have not seen me!

  296. Jhn21:24 This is the disciple who gives witness about these things and who put them in writing: and we have knowledge that his witness is true.

  297. Act1:1 I have given an earlier account, O Theophilus, of all the things which Jesus did, and of his teaching from the first,

  298. Act2:22 Men of Israel, give ear to these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man who had the approval of God, as was made clear to you by the great works and signs and wonders which God did by him among you, as you yourselves have knowledge,

  299. Act2:36 For this reason, let all Israel be certain that this Jesus, whom you put to death on the cross, God has made Lord and Christ.

  300. Act2:37 Now when these words came to their ears their hearts were troubled, and they said to Peter and the other Apostles, Brothers, what are we to do?

  301. Act3:12 And when Peter saw it he said to the people, You men of Israel, why are you so greatly surprised at this man? or why are you looking at us as if by our power or virtue we had given him the use of his legs?

  302. Act4:7 Then sending for Peter and John, they said, By what power and in whose name have you done this?

  303. Act4:16 Saying, What are we to do with these men? for certainly it is clear to all who are living in Jerusalem that a most important sign has been done by them, and it is not possible to say that it is not so.

  304. Act4:24 And hearing it, they all, with one mind, made prayer to God and said, O Lord, maker of heaven and earth and the sea and all things in them:

  305. Act4:28 To do that which had been fixed before by your hand and your purpose.

  306. Act5:34 But one of the Sanhedrin, a Pharisee named Gamaliel, a man of learning in the law, of whom all the people had a high opinion, got up and made a suggestion for the men to be put outside for a little time.

  307. Act6:8 And Stephen, full of grace and power, did great wonders and signs among the people.

  308. Act7:19 He, having evil designs against our nation, was cruel to our fathers, and they were forced to put out their young children, so that they might not go on living.

  309. Act7:24 And seeing one of them being attacked, he went to his help and gave the Egyptian a death-blow:

  310. Act7:36 This man took them out, having done wonders and signs in Egypt and in the Red Sea and in the waste land, for forty years.

  311. Act7:40 And saying to Aaron, Make us gods to go before us: as for this Moses, who took us out of the land of Egypt, we have no idea what has become of him.

  312. Act7:43 And you took up the tent of Moloch and the star of the god Rephan, images which you made to give worship to them: and I will take you away, farther than Babylon.

  313. Act7:44 Our fathers had the Tent of witness in the waste land, as God gave orders to Moses to make it after the design which he had seen.

  314. Act7:50 Did not my hand make all these things?

  315. Act8:2 And God-fearing men put Stephen's body in its last resting-place, making great weeping over him.

  316. Act8:6 And all the people gave attention to the words which Philip said, when they saw the signs which he did.

  317. Act9:6 But get up, and go into the town, and it will be made clear to you what you have to do.

  318. Act9:13 But Ananias said, Lord, I have had accounts of this man from a number of people, how much evil he has done to your saints at Jerusalem:

  319. Act9:36 Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, that is, Dorcas: this woman was given to good works and acts of mercy at all times.

  320. Act9:39 And Peter went with them. And when he had come, they took him into the room: and all the widows were there, weeping and putting before him the coats and clothing which Dorcas had made while she was with them.

  321. Act10:2 A serious-minded man, fearing God with all his family; he gave much money to the poor, and made prayer to God at all times.

  322. Act10:6 Who is living with Simon, a leather-worker, whose house is by the sea.

  323. Act10:33 So, straight away, I sent for you; and you have done well to come. And now, we are all present before God, ready to give attention to all the things which the Lord has given you to say.

  324. Act10:39 And we are witnesses of all the things which he did in the country of the Jews and in Jerusalem; whom they put to death, hanging him on a tree.

  325. Act11:30 Which they did, sending it to the rulers of the church by the hand of Barnabas and Saul.

  326. Act12:8 Then the angel said, Put on your shoes and get ready to go. And he did so. And he said, Put your coat round you and come with me.

  327. Act13:22 And having put him on one side, he made David their king, to whom he gave witness, saying, I have taken David, the son of Jesse, a man dear to my heart, who will do all my pleasure.

  328. Act14:11 And when the people saw what Paul had done, they said in a loud voice, in the language of Lycaonia, The gods have come down to us in the form of men.

  329. Act14:15 Good people, why are you doing these things? We are men with the same feelings as you, and we give you the good news so that you may be turned away from these foolish things to the living God, who made the heaven and the earth and the sea and all things in them:

  330. Act14:27 And when they came there, and had got the church together, they gave them an account of all the things which God had done through them, and how he had made open a door of faith to the Gentiles.

  331. Act15:3 So they, being sent on their way by the church, went through Phoenicia and Samaria, giving news of the salvation of the Gentiles, to the great joy of all the brothers.

  332. Act15:4 And when they came to Jerusalem, they had a meeting with the church and the Apostles and the rulers, and they gave an account of all the things which God had done through them.

  333. Act15:12 And all the people were quiet while Barnabas and Paul gave an account of the signs and wonders which God had done among the Gentiles by them.

  334. Act15:17 So that the rest of men may make search for the Lord, and all the Gentiles on whom my name is named,

  335. Act15:33 And when they had been there for some time, they were sent back in peace by the brothers to those who had sent them.

  336. Act16:18 And this she did on a number of days. But Paul was greatly troubled and, turning, said to the spirit, I give you orders in the name of Jesus Christ, to come out of her. And it came out that very hour.

  337. Act16:21 Teaching rules of living which it is not right for us to have or to keep, being Romans.

  338. Act16:30 And took them out and said, Sirs, what have I to do to get salvation?

  339. Act17:24 The God who made the earth and everything in it, he, being Lord of heaven and earth, is not housed in buildings made with hands;

  340. Act17:26 And he has made of one blood all the nations of men living on all the face of the earth, ordering their times and the limits of their lands,

  341. Act18:21 And went from them, saying, I will come back to you if God lets me; and he took ship from Ephesus.

  342. Act19:11 And God did special works of power by the hands of Paul:

  343. Act19:14 And there were seven sons of a man named Sceva, a Jew and a chief priest, who did this.

  344. Act19:24 For there was a certain man named Demetrius, a silver-worker, who made silver boxes for the images of Diana, and gave no small profit to the workmen;

  345. Act20:4 And Sopater of Beroea, the son of Pyrrhus, and Aristarchus and Secundus of Thessalonica, and Gaius of Derbe, and Timothy, and Tychicus and Trophimus of Asia, went with him as far as Asia.

  346. Act20:25 And now I am conscious that you, among whom I have gone about preaching the kingdom, will not see my face again.

  347. Act21:14 And as he might not be moved we did no more, saying, Let the purpose of God be done.

  348. Act21:20 And hearing it, they gave praise to God; and they said to him, You see, brother, what thousands there are among the Jews, who have the faith; and they all have a great respect for the law:

  349. Act21:24 Go with these, and make yourself clean with them, and make the necessary payments for them, so that they may be free from their oath: and everyone will see that the statements made about you are not true, but that you put yourself under rule, and keep the law.

  350. Act21:34 And some said one thing and some another, among the people: and as he was not able to get a knowledge of the facts because of the noise, he gave orders for Paul to be taken into the army building.

  351. Act22:11 And because I was unable to see because of the glory of that light, those who were with me took me by the hand, and so I came to Damascus.

  352. Act22:27 And the chief captain came to him and said, Give me an answer, are you a Roman? And he said, Yes.

  353. Act23:13 And more than forty of them took this oath.

  354. Act23:14 And they came to the chief priests and the rulers and said, We have taken a great oath to take no food till we have put Paul to death

  355. Act24:13 And they are not able to give facts in support of the things which they say against me now.

  356. Act24:18 And having been made clean, I was in the Temple, but not with a great number of people, and not with noise: but there were certain Jews from Asia,

  357. Act25:4 But Festus, in answer, said that Paul was being kept in prison at Caesarea, and that in a short time he himself was going there.

  358. Act25:18 But when they got up they said nothing about such crimes as I had in mind:

  359. Act26:11 And I gave them punishment frequently, in all the Synagogues, forcing them to say things against God; and burning with passion against them, I went after them even into far-away towns.

  360. Act27:19 And on the third day, they let all the sailing apparatus go over the side.

  361. Act28:18 Who, when they had put questions to me, were ready to let me go free, because there was no cause of death in me.

  362. Rom1:9 For God is my witness, whose servant I am in spirit in the good news of his Son, that you are at all times in my memory and in my prayers,

  363. Rom1:28 And because they had not the mind to keep God in their knowledge, God gave them up to an evil mind, to do those things which are not right;

  364. Rom1:32 Who, though they have knowledge of the law of God, that the fate of those who do these things is death, not only go on doing these things themselves, but give approval to those who do them.

  365. Rom2:3 But you who are judging another for doing what you do yourself, are you hoping that God's decision will not take effect against you?

  366. Rom2:14 For when the Gentiles without the law have a natural desire to do the things in the law, they are a law to themselves;

  367. Rom3:8 Let us not do evil so that good may come (a statement which we are falsely said by some to have made), because such behaviour will have its right punishment.

  368. Rom3:12 They have all gone out of the way, there is no profit in any of them; there is not one who does good, not so much as one:

  369. Rom4:21 And being certain that God was able to keep his word.

  370. Rom7:15 And I have no clear knowledge of what I am doing, for that which I have a mind to do, I do not, but what I have hate for, that I do.

  371. Rom7:16 But, if I do that which I have no mind to do, I am in agreement with the law that the law is good.

  372. Rom7:19 For the good which I have a mind to do, I do not: but the evil which I have no mind to do, that I do.

  373. Rom7:20 But if I do what I have no mind to do, it is no longer I who do it, but the sin living in me.

  374. Rom7:21 So I see a law that, though I have a mind to do good, evil is present in me.

  375. Rom9:20 But, O man, who are you, to make answer against God? May the thing which is made say to him who made it, Why did you make me so?

  376. Rom9:21 Or has not the potter the right to make out of one part of his earth a vessel for honour, and out of another a vessel for shame?

  377. Rom9:28 For the Lord will give effect to his word on the earth, putting an end to it and cutting it short.

  378. Rom10:5 For Moses says that the man who does the righteousness which is of the law will get life by it.

  379. Rom12:20 But if one who has hate for you is in need of food or of drink, give it to him, for in so doing you will put coals of fire on his head.

  380. Rom13:3 For rulers are not a cause of fear to the good work but to the evil. If you would have no fear of the authority, do good and you will have praise;

  381. Rom13:4 For he is the servant of God to you for good. But if you do evil, have fear; for the sword is not in his hand for nothing: he is God's servant, making God's punishment come on the evil-doer.

  382. Rom13:14 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not give thought to the flesh to do its desires.

  383. Rom15:26 For it has been the good pleasure of those of Macedonia and Achaia to send a certain amount of money for the poor among the saints at Jerusalem.

  384. Rom16:17 Now, it is my desire, brothers, that you will take note of those who are causing division and trouble among you, quite against the teaching which was given to you: and keep away from them.

  385. 1Co5:2 And in place of feeling sorrow, you are pleased with yourselves, so that he who has done this thing has not been sent away from among you.

  386. 1Co6:15 Do you not see that your bodies are part of the body of Christ? how then may I take what is a part of the body of Christ and make it a part of the body of a loose woman? such a thing may not be.

  387. 1Co6:18 Keep away from the desires of the flesh. Every sin which a man does is outside of the body; but he who goes after the desires of the flesh does evil to his body.

  388. 1Co7:36 But if, in any man's opinion, he is not doing what is right for his virgin, if she is past her best years, and there is need for it, let him do what seems right to him; it is no sin; let them be married.

  389. 1Co7:37 But the man who is strong in mind and purpose, who is not forced but has control over his desires, does well if he comes to the decision to keep her a virgin.

  390. 1Co7:38 So then, he who gets married to his virgin does well, and he who keeps her unmarried does better.

  391. 1Co9:23 And I do all things for the cause of the good news, so that I may have a part in it.

  392. 1Co10:13 You have been put to no test but such as is common to man: and God is true, who will not let any test come on you which you are not able to undergo; but he will make with the test a way out of it, so that you may be able to go through it.

  393. 1Co10:31 So then, if it is a question of food or drink, or any other thing, whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

  394. 1Co11:24 And when it had been broken with an act of praise, he said, This is my body which is for you: do this in memory of me.

  395. 1Co11:25 In the same way, with the cup, after the meal, he said, This cup is the new testament in my blood: do this, whenever you take it, in memory of me.

  396. 1Co15:29 Again, what will they do who are given baptism for the dead? if the dead do not come back at all, why are people given baptism for them?

  397. 1Co16:1 Now about the giving of money for the saints, as I gave orders to the churches of Galatia, so do you.

  398. 2Co5:21 For him who had no knowledge of sin God made to be sin for us; so that we might become the righteousness of God in him.

  399. 2Co8:10 And in this I give my opinion: for it is to your profit, who were the first to make a start a year before, not only to do this, but to make clear that your minds were more than ready to do it.

  400. 2Co8:11 Then make the doing of it complete; so that as you had a ready mind, you may give effect to it as you are able.

  401. 2Co11:7 Or did I do wrong in making myself low so that you might be lifted up, because I gave you the good news of God without reward?

  402. 2Co11:12 But what I do, that I will go on doing, so that I may give no chance to those who are looking for one; so that, in the cause of their pride, they may be seen to be the same as we are.

  403. 2Co11:25 Three times I was whipped with rods, once I was stoned, three times the ship I was in came to destruction at sea, a night and a day I have been in the water;

  404. 2Co13:7 Now our prayer to God is that you may do no evil; not in order that it may be put to our credit, but so that you may do what is right, whatever we may seem.

  405. Gal2:10 Only it was their desire that we would give thought to the poor; which very thing I had much in mind to do.

  406. Gal3:10 For all who are of the works of the law are under a curse: because it is said in the Writings, A curse is on everyone who does not keep on doing all the things which are ordered in the book of the law.

  407. Gal3:12 And the law is not of faith; but, He who does them will have life by them.

  408. Gal5:3 Yes, I give witness again to every man who undergoes circumcision, that he will have to keep all the law.

  409. Gal5:17 For the flesh has desires against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; because these are opposite the one to the other; so that you may not do the things which you have a mind to do.

  410. Gal6:9 And let us not get tired of well-doing; for at the right time we will get in the grain, if we do not give way to weariness.

  411. Eph1:16 Give praise without end for you, keeping you in mind in my prayers;

  412. Eph2:3 Among whom we all at one time were living in the pleasures of our flesh, giving way to the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and the punishment of God was waiting for us even as for the rest.

  413. Eph2:14 For he is our peace, who has made the two into one, and by whom the middle wall of division has been broken down,

  414. Eph2:15 Having in his flesh put an end to that which made the division between us, even the law with its rules and orders, so that he might make in himself, of the two, one new man, so making peace;

  415. Eph3:11 Which is seen in his eternal purpose in Christ Jesus our Lord:

  416. Eph3:20 Now to him who is able to do in full measure more than all our desires or thoughts, through the power which is working in us,

  417. Eph4:16 Through whom all the body, being rightly formed and united together, by the full working of every part, is increased to the building up of itself in love.

  418. Eph6:6 Not only under your master's eye, as pleasers of men; but as servants of Christ, doing the pleasure of God from the heart;

  419. Eph6:8 In the knowledge that for every good thing anyone does, he will have his reward from the Lord, If he is a servant or if he is free.

  420. Eph6:9 And, you masters, do the same things to them, not making use of violent words: in the knowledge that their Master and yours is in heaven, and he has no respect for a man's position.

  421. Phl1:4 And in all my prayers for you all, making my request with joy,

  422. Phl2:14 Do all things without protests and arguments;

  423. Phl4:14 But you did well to have care for me in my need.

  424. Col3:17 And whatever you do, in word or in act, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving praise to God the Father through him.

  425. Col3:23 Whatever you do, do it readily, as to the Lord and not to men;

  426. Col4:16 And when this letter has been made public among you, let the same be done in the church of Laodicea; and see that you have the letter from Laodicea.

  427. 1Ts1:2 We give praise to God at all times for you, keeping you in memory in our prayers;

  428. 1Ts4:10 And, truly, you are lovers of all the brothers in Macedonia; but it is our desire that your love may be increased still more;

  429. 1Ts5:11 So then, go on comforting and building up one another, as you have been doing.

  430. 1Ts5:24 God, by whom you have been marked out in his purpose, is unchanging and will make it complete.

  431. 2Ts3:4 And we have faith in the Lord about you, that you are doing and will do the things about which we give you orders.

  432. 1Ti1:13 Though I had said violent words against God, and done cruel acts, causing great trouble: but I was given mercy, because I did it without knowledge, not having faith;

  433. 1Ti2:1 My desire is, first of all, that you will make requests and prayers and give praise for all men;

  434. 1Ti4:16 Give attention to yourself and your teaching. Go on in these things; for in doing so you will get salvation for yourself and for those who give hearing to you.

  435. 1Ti5:21 I give you orders before God and Christ Jesus and the angels of God's selection, to keep these orders without giving thought to one side more than another.

  436. 2Ti4:5 But be self-controlled in all things, do without comfort, go on preaching the good news, completing the work which has been given you to do.

  437. Tit3:5 Not by works of righteousness which we did ourselves, but in the measure of his mercy, he gave us salvation, through the washing of the new birth and the giving of new life in the Holy Spirit,

  438. Phm1:4 I give praise to God at all times and make prayer for you,

  439. Phm1:14 But without your approval I would do nothing; so that your good works might not be forced, but done freely from your heart.

  440. Phm1:21 Being certain that you will do my desire, I am writing to you, in the knowledge that you will do even more than I say.

  441. Heb1:2 But now, at the end of these days, it has come to us through his Son, to whom he has given all things for a heritage, and through whom he made the order of the generations;

  442. Heb1:3 Who, being the outshining of his glory, the true image of his substance, supporting all things by the word of his power, having given himself as an offering making clean from sins, took his seat at the right hand of God in heaven;

  443. Heb1:7 And of the angels he says, Who makes his angels winds, and his servants flames of fire:

  444. Heb3:2 Who kept faith with God who gave him his place, even as Moses did in all his house.

  445. Heb6:3 Now we will do this, if God lets us.

  446. Heb7:27 Who has no need to make offerings for sins every day, like those high priests, first for himself, and then for the people; because he did this once and for ever when he made an offering of himself.

  447. Heb8:5 Being servants of that which is a copy and an image of the things in heaven, as Moses, when he was about to make the Tent, had special orders from God: for, See, he said, that you make everything like the design which you saw in the mountain.

  448. Heb8:9 Not like the agreement which I made with their fathers when I took them by the hand, to be their guide out of the land of Egypt; for they did not keep the agreement with me, and I gave them up, says the Lord.

  449. Heb10:7 Then I said, See, I have come to do your pleasure, O God (as it is said of me in the roll of the book).

  450. Heb10:9 Then he said, See, I have come to do your pleasure. He took away the old order, so that he might put the new order in its place.

  451. Heb10:36 For, having done what was right in God's eyes, you have need of waiting before his word has effect for you.

  452. Heb11:28 By faith he kept the Passover, and put the sign of the blood on the houses, so that the angel of destruction might not put their oldest sons to death.

  453. Heb12:13 And make straight roads for your feet, so that the feeble may not be turned out of the way, but may be made strong.

  454. Heb12:27 And the words, Still one more, make it clear that there will be a taking away of those things which are shaking, as of things which are made, so that there may be only those things of which no shaking is possible.

  455. Heb13:6 So that we say with a good heart, The Lord is my helper; I will have no fear: what is man able to do to me?

  456. Heb13:17 Give ear to those who are rulers over you, and do as they say: for they keep watch over your souls, ready to give an account of them; let them be able to do this with joy and not with grief, because that would be of no profit to you.

  457. Heb13:19 I make this request more strongly, in the hope of coming back to you more quickly.

  458. Heb13:21 Make you full of every good work and ready to do all his desires, working in us whatever is pleasing in his eyes through Jesus Christ; and may the glory be given to him for ever and ever. So be it.

  459. Jas2:8 But if you keep the greatest law of all, as it is given in the holy Writings, Have love for your neighbour as for yourself, you do well:

  460. Jas2:12 Let your words and your acts be those of men who are to be judged by the law which makes free.

  461. Jas2:13 For the man who has had no mercy will be judged without mercy, but mercy takes pride in overcoming judging.

  462. Jas2:19 You have the belief that God is one, and you do well: the evil spirits have the same belief, shaking with fear.

  463. Jas3:12 Is a fig-tree able to give us olives, my brothers, or do we get figs from a vine, or sweet water from the salt sea?

  464. Jas3:18 And the fruit of righteousness is planted in peace for those who make peace.

  465. Jas4:13 How foolish it is to say, Today or tomorrow we will go into this town, and be there for a year and do business there and get wealth:

  466. Jas4:15 But the right thing to say would be, If it is the Lord's pleasure and if we are still living, we will do this and that.

  467. Jas4:17 The man who has knowledge of how to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.

  468. Jas5:15 And by the prayer of faith the man who is ill will be made well, and he will be lifted up by the Lord, and for any sin which he has done he will have forgiveness.

  469. 1Pe2:22 Who did no evil, and there was no deceit in his mouth:

  470. 1Pe3:11 And let him be turned from evil and do good; searching for peace and going after it with all his heart.

  471. 1Pe3:12 For the eyes of the Lord are on the upright, and his ears are open to their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.

  472. 2Pe1:10 For this reason, my brothers, take all the more care to make your selection and approval certain; for if you do these things you will never have a fall:

  473. 2Pe1:15 And I will take every care so that you may have a clear memory of these things after my death.

  474. 2Pe1:19 And so the words of the prophets are made more certain; and it is well for you to give attention to them as to a light shining in a dark place, till the dawn comes and the morning star is seen in your hearts;

  475. 1Jn1:6 If we say we are joined to him, and are walking still in the dark, our words are false and our acts are untrue:

  476. 1Jn1:10 If we say that we have no sin, we make him false and his word is not in us.

  477. 1Jn2:17 And the world and its desires is coming to an end: but he who does God's pleasure is living for ever.

  478. 1Jn2:29 If you have knowledge that he is upright, it is clear to you that everyone who does righteousness is his offspring.

  479. 1Jn3:4 Everyone who is a sinner goes against the law, for sin is going against the law.

  480. 1Jn3:7 My little children, let no man take you out of the true way: he who does righteousness is upright, even as he is upright;

  481. 1Jn3:8 The sinner is a child of the Evil One; for the Evil One has been a sinner from the first. And the Son of God was seen on earth so that he might put an end to the works of the Evil One.

  482. 1Jn3:9 Anyone who is a child of God does no sin, because he still has God's seed in him; he is not able to be a sinner, because God is his Father.

  483. 1Jn3:10 In this way it is clear who are the children of God and who are the children of the Evil One; anyone who does not do righteousness or who has no love for his brother, is not a child of God.

  484. 1Jn3:22 And he gives us all our requests, because we keep his laws and do the things which are pleasing in his eyes.

  485. 1Jn5:10 He who has faith in the Son of God has the witness in himself: he who has not faith in God makes him false, because he has not faith in the witness which God has given about his Son.

  486. 3Jn1:5 My loved one, you are doing a good work in being kind to those brothers who come from other places;

  487. 3Jn1:6 Who have given witness to the church of your love for them: and you will do well to send them on their way well cared for, as is right for servants of God:

  488. 3Jn1:10 So if I come, I will keep in mind the things he does, talking against us with evil words: and as if this was not enough, he does not take the brothers into his house, and those who are ready to take them in, he keeps from doing so, putting them out of the church if they do.

  489. Jud1:3 My loved ones, while my thoughts were full of a letter which I was going to send you about our common salvation, it was necessary for me to send you one requesting you with all my heart to go on fighting strongly for the faith which has been given to the saints once and for ever.

  490. Jud1:15 To be the judge of all, and to give a decision against all those whose lives are unpleasing to him, because of the evil acts which they have done, and because of all the hard things which sinners without fear of God have said against him.

  491. Rev1:6 And has made us to be a kingdom and priests to his God and Father; to him let glory and power be given for ever and ever. So be it.

  492. Rev2:5 So keep in mind where you were at first, and be changed in heart and do the first works; or I will come to you, and will take away your light from its place, if your hearts are not changed.

  493. Rev3:9 See, I will make those of the Synagogue of Satan who say they are Jews, and are not, but say what is false; I will make them come and give worship before your feet, and see my love for you.

  494. Rev3:12 Him who overcomes I will make a pillar in the house of my God, and he will go out no more: and I will put on him the name of my God, and the name of the town of my God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from my God, and my new name.

  495. Rev5:10 And have made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they are ruling on the earth.

  496. Rev11:7 And when they have come to the end of their witness, the beast which comes up out of the great deep will make war on them and overcome them and put them to death.

  497. Rev12:15 And the snake sent out of his mouth after the woman a river of water, so that she might be taken away by the stream.

  498. Rev12:17 And the dragon was angry with the woman and went away to make war on the rest of her seed, who keep the orders of God, and the witness of Jesus:

  499. Rev13:5 And there was given to him a mouth to say words of pride against God; and there was given to him authority to go on for forty-two months.

  500. Rev13:7 And it was given to him to make war on the saints and to overcome them: and there was given to him authority over every tribe and people and language and nation.

  501. Rev13:12 And he makes use of all the authority of the first beast before his eyes. And he makes the earth and those who are in it give worship to the first beast, whose death-wound was made well.

  502. Rev13:13 And he does great signs, even making fire come down from heaven on the earth before the eyes of men.

  503. Rev13:14 And those who are on the earth are turned from the true way by him through the signs which he was given power to do before the beast; giving orders to those who are on the earth to make an image to the beast, who was wounded by the sword, and came to life.

  504. Rev13:15 And he had power to give breath to the image of the beast, so that words might come from the image of the beast, and that he might have all those who did not give worship to the image of the beast put to death.

  505. Rev13:16 And he gives to all, small and great, the poor and those who have wealth, the free and those who are not free, a mark on their right hand or on their brows;

  506. Rev14:7 Saying with a loud voice, Have fear of God and give him glory; because the hour of his judging is come; and give worship to him who made heaven and earth and the sea and the fountains of water.

  507. Rev16:14 For they are evil spirits, working signs; who go out even to the kings of all the earth, to get them together to the war of the great day of God, the Ruler of all.

  508. Rev17:16 And the ten horns which you saw, and the beast, these will be turned against the evil woman, and will make her waste and uncovered, and will take her flesh for food, and will have her burned with fire.

  509. Rev17:17 Because God has put it in their hearts to do his purpose, and to be of one mind, giving their kingdom to the beast, till the words of God have effect and are complete.

  510. Rev19:19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, come together to make war against him who was seated on the horse and against his army.

  511. Rev19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet who did the signs before him, by which they were turned from the true way who had the mark of the beast, and who gave worship to his image: these two were put living into the sea of ever-burning fire.

  512. Rev21:5 And he who is seated on the high seat said, See, I make all things new. And he said, Put it in the book; for these words are certain and true.

  513. Rev21:27 And nothing unclean may come into it, or anyone whose works are cursed or false; but only those whose names are in the Lamb's book of life.

  514. Rev22:2 In the middle of its street. And on this side of the river and on that was the tree of life, having twelve sorts of fruits, giving its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree give life to the nations.

  515. Rev22:14 A blessing on those whose robes are washed, so that they may have a right to the tree of life, and may go in by the doors into the town.

  516. Rev22:15 Outside are the dogs, and those who make use of evil powers, those who make themselves unclean, and the takers of life, and those who give worship to images, and everyone whose delight is in what is false.
