[big5] 約瑟吩咐家宰說：把糧食裝滿這些人的口袋，儘著他們的驢所能馱的，又把各人的銀子放在各人的口袋裡，
[bbe] Then he gave orders to the servant who was over his house, saying, Put as much food into the men's bags as will go into them, and put every man's money in the mouth of his bag;
[dunv] 約瑟吩咐<06680><8762>家宰<01004>說<0559><8800>：『把糧食<0400>裝滿<04390><8761>這些人<0582>的口袋<0572>，儘著<0834>他們的驢所能<03201><8799>馱的<05375><8800>，又把各人<0376>的銀子<03701>放<07760><8798>在各人的口<06310>袋<0572>裡，
[big5] 並將我的銀杯和那少年人糴糧的銀子一同裝在他的口袋裡。家宰就照約瑟所說的話行了；
[bbe] And put my cup, my silver cup, in the youngest one's bag, with his money. So he did as Joseph said.
[dunv] 並將<07760><8799>我的<01375>銀<03701>杯<01375>和那少年人糴糧<07668>的銀子<03701>一同裝在他<06996>的口<06310>袋<0572>裡。』家宰就照<01697>約瑟<03130>所說<01696><8765>的話行了<06213><8799>；
[big5] 天一亮就打發那些人帶著驢走了。
[bbe] And at dawn the men, with their asses, were sent away.
[dunv] 天<01242>一亮<0215><8804>就打發<07971><8795>那些人<0582>帶著驢<02543>走了。
[big5] 他們出城走了不遠，約瑟對家宰說：起來，追那些人去，追上了就對他們說：你們為什麼以惡報善呢？
[bbe] And when they had gone only a little way out of the town, Joseph said to the servant who was over his house, Go after them; and when you overtake them, say to them, Why have you done evil in reward for good?
[dunv] 他們出<03318><8804>城<05892>走了不遠<07368><8689>，約瑟<03130>對家宰<01004>說<0559><8804>：『起來<06965><8798>，追<07291><8798><0310>那些人<0582>去，追上了<05381><8689>就對他們說<0559><8804>：「你們為甚麼以<07999><8765>惡<07451>報善<02896>呢？
[big5] 這不是我主人飲酒的杯嗎？豈不是他占卜用的嗎？你們這樣行是作惡了。
[bbe] Is not this the cup from which my lord takes wine and by which he gets knowledge of the future? Truly, you have done evil.
[dunv] 這不是我主人<0113>飲酒<08354><8799>的杯嗎？豈不是他占卜<05172><8762>用的<05172><8763>嗎？你們這樣行<06213><8804>是作惡了<07489><8689>。」』
[big5] 家宰追上他們，將這些話對他們說了。
[bbe] So he overtook them and said these words to them.
[dunv] 家宰追上<05381><8686>他們，將這些<0428>話<01697>對他們說了<01696><8762>。
[big5] 他們回答說：我主為什麼說這樣的話呢？你僕人斷不能做這樣的事。
[bbe] And they said to him, Why does my lord say such words as these? far be it from your servants to do such a thing:
[dunv] 他們回答說<0559><8799>：『我主<0113>為甚麼說<01696><8762>這樣的話<01697>呢？你僕人<05650>斷不能<02486>作<06213><8800>這樣的事<01697>。
[big5] 你看，我們從前在口袋裡所見的銀子，尚且從迦南地帶來還你，我們怎能從你主人家裡偷竊金銀呢？
[bbe] See, the money which was in the mouth of our bags we gave back to you when we came again from Canaan: how then might we take silver or gold from your lord's house?
[dunv] 你看，我們從前在口<06310>袋<0572>裡所見的<04672><8804>銀子<03701>，尚且從迦南<03667>地<0776>帶來還<07725><8689>你，我們怎能從你主人<0113>家<01004>裡偷竊<01589><8799>金<02091>銀<03701>呢？
[big5] 你僕人中無論在誰那裡搜出來，就叫他死，我們也作我主的奴僕。
[bbe] If it comes to light that any of your servants has done this, let him be put to death, and we will be your lord's servants.
[dunv] 你僕人<05650>中無論在誰那裡搜出來<04672><8735>，就叫他死<04191><8804>，我們也作我主<0113>的奴僕<05650>。』
[big5] 家宰說：現在就照你們的話行吧！在誰那裡搜出來，誰就作我的奴僕；其餘的都沒有罪。
[bbe] And he said, Let it be as you say: he in whose bag it is seen will become my servant; and you will not be responsible.
[dunv] 家宰說<0559><8799>：『現在就照你們的話行吧<01697>!{<03651>}在誰那裡搜出來<04672><8735>，誰就作我的奴僕<05650>；其餘的都沒有罪<05355>。』
[big5] 於是他們各人急忙把口袋卸在地下，各人打開口袋。
[bbe] Then every man quickly got his bag down and undid it.
[dunv] 於是他們各人<0376>急忙<04116><8762>把口袋<0572>卸<03381><8686>在地下<0776>，各人<0376>打開<06605><8799>口袋<0572>。
[big5] 家宰就搜查，從年長的起到年幼的為止，那杯竟在便雅憫的口袋裡搜出來。
[bbe] And he made a search, starting with the oldest and ending with the youngest; and the cup was in Benjamin's bag.
[dunv] 家宰就搜查<02664><8762>，從年長的<01419>起<02490><8689>到年幼的<06996>為止<03615><8765>，那杯<01375>竟在便雅憫<01144>的口袋<0572>裡搜出來<04672><8735>。
[big5] 他們就撕裂衣服，各人把馱子擡在驢上，回城去了。
[bbe] Then in bitter grief they put the bags on the asses again and went back to the town.
[dunv] 他們就撕裂<07167><8799>衣服<08071>，各人<0376>把馱子抬<06006><8799>在驢<02543>上，回<07725><8799>城<05892>去了。
[big5] 猶大和他弟兄們來到約瑟的屋中，約瑟還在那裡，他們就在他面前俯伏於地。
[bbe] So Judah and his brothers came to Joseph's house; and he was still there: and they went down on their faces before him.
[dunv] 猶大<03063>和他弟兄們<0251>來<0935><8799>到約瑟<03130>的屋<01004>中，約瑟還在那裡，他們就在他面前<06440>俯伏<05307><8799>於地<0776>。
[big5] 約瑟對他們說：你們做的是什麼事呢？你們豈不知像我這樣的人必能占卜嗎？
[bbe] And Joseph said, What is this thing which you have done? had you no thought that such a man as I would have power to see what is secret?
[dunv] 約瑟<03130>對他們說<0559><8799>：『你們作的<06213><8804>是甚麼事<04639>呢？你們<03045><8804>豈不知像我這樣的人<0376>必<05172><8763>能占卜<05172><8762>嗎？』
[big5] 猶大說：我們對我主說什麼呢？還有什麼話可說呢？我們怎能自己表白出來呢？神已經查出僕人的罪孽了。我們與那在他手中搜出杯來的都是我主的奴僕。
[bbe] And Judah said, What are we to say to my lord? how may we put ourselves right in his eyes? God has made clear the sin of your servants: now we are in your hands, we and the man in whose bag your cup was seen.
[dunv] 猶大<03063>說<0559><8799>：『我們對我主<0113>說甚麼<0559><8799>呢？還有甚麼話可說<01696><8762>呢？我們怎能自己表白出來<06663><8691>呢？神<0430>已經查出<04672><8804>僕人<05650>的罪孽<05771>了。我們與那<0834><03027>在他手中搜出杯來的都<01571>是我主<0113>的奴僕<05650>。
[big5] 約瑟說：我斷不能這樣行！在誰的手中搜出杯來，誰就作我的奴僕；至於你們，可以平平安安地上你們父親那裡去。
[bbe] Then he said, Far be it from me to do so: but the man who had my cup will be my servant; and you may go back to your father in peace.
[dunv] 約瑟說<0559><8799>：『我斷不能<02486>這樣<02063>行<06213><8800>!在誰的手<03027>中搜出<04672><8738>杯<01375>來，誰<0376>就作我的奴僕<05650>；至於你們，可以平平安安地<07965>上<05927><8798>你們父親<01>那裡去。』
[big5] 猶大挨近他，說：我主啊，求你容僕人說一句話給我主聽，不要向僕人發烈怒，因為你如同法老一樣。
[bbe] Then Judah came near him, and said, Let your servant say a word in my lord's ears, and let not your wrath be burning against your servant: for you are in the place of Pharaoh to us.
[dunv] 猶大<03063>挨近<05066><8799>他，說<0559><8799>：『我主<0113>啊<0994>，求你容僕人<05650>說<01696><8762>一句話<01697>給我主<0113>聽<0241>，不要向僕人<05650>發<02734><8799>烈怒<0639>，因為你如同法老<06547>一樣。
[big5] 我主曾問僕人們說：你們有父親有兄弟沒有？
[bbe] My lord said to his servants, Have you a father or a brother?
[dunv] 我主<0113>曾問<07592><8804>僕人們<05650>說<0559><8800>：「你們有<03426>父親<01>有兄弟<0251>沒有？」
[big5] 我們對我主說：我們有父親，已經年老，還有他老年所生的一個小孩子。他哥哥死了，他母親只撇下他一人，他父親疼愛他。
[bbe] And we said to my lord, We have an old father and a young child, whom he had when he was old; his brother is dead and he is the only son of his mother, and is very dear to his father.
[dunv] 我們對我主<0113>說<0559><8799>：「我們有<03426>父親<01>，已經年老<02205>，還有他老年<02208>所生的<03206>一個小孩子<06996>。他哥哥<0251>死了<04191><8804>，他母親<0517>只撇下他一人<03498><8735>，他父親<01>疼愛<0157><8804>他。」
[big5] 你對僕人說：把他帶到我這裡來，叫我親眼看看他。
[bbe] And you said to your servants, Let him come down to me with you, so that I may see him.
[dunv] 你對僕人<05650>說<0559><8799>：「把他帶到<03381><8685>我這裡來，叫<07760><8799>我親眼<05869>看看他。」
[big5] 我們對我主說：童子不能離開他父親，若是離開，他父親必死。
[bbe] And we said to my lord, His father will not let him go; for if he went away his father would come to his death.
[dunv] 我們對我主<0113>說<0559><8799>：童子<05288>不能<03201><8799>離開<05800><8800>他父親<01>，若是離開<05800><8804>，他父親<01>必死<04191><8804>。
[big5] 你對僕人說：你們的小兄弟若不與你們一同下來，你們就不得再見我的面。
[bbe] But you said to your servants, If your youngest brother does not come with you, you will not see my face again.
[dunv] 你對僕人<05650>說<0559><8799>：你們的小<06996>兄弟<0251>若不<03808>與你們一同下來<03381><8799>，你們就不得再<07200><8800><03254><8686>見<07200><00><03254><00>我的面<06440>。
[big5] 我們上到你僕人─我們父親那裡，就把我主的話告訴了他。
[bbe] And when we went back to your servant, our father, we gave him an account of my lord's words.
[dunv] 我們上<05927><8804>到你僕人<05650>─我們父親<01>那裡，就把我主<0113>的話<01697>告訴了<05046><8686>他。
[big5] 我們的父親說：你們再去給我糴些糧來。
[bbe] And our father said, Go again and get us a little food.
[dunv] 我們的父親<01>說<0559><8799>：你們再去<07725><8798>給我糴<07666><8798>些<04592>糧<0400>來。
[big5] 我們就說：我們不能下去。我們的小兄弟若和我們同往，我們就可以下去。因為，小兄弟若不與我們同往，我們必不得見那人的面。
[bbe] And we said, Only if our youngest brother goes with us will we go down; for we may not see the man's face again if our youngest brother is not with us.
[dunv] 我們就說<0559><8799>：我們不能<03201><8799>下去<03381><8800>。我們的小<06996>兄弟<0251>若和<03426>我們同往，我們就可以下去<03381><8804>。因為，小<06996>兄弟<0251>若不<0369>與我們同往，我們必<03201><8799>不得見<07200><880>那人<0376>的面<06440>。
[big5] 你僕人─我父親對我們說：你們知道我的妻子給我生了兩個兒子。
[bbe] And our father said to us, You have knowledge that my wife gave me two sons;
[dunv] 你僕人<05650>─我父親<01>對我們說<0559><8799>：你們知道<03045><8804>我的妻子<0802>給我生了<03205><8804>兩個<08147>兒子。
[big5] 一個離開我出去了；我說他必是被撕碎了，直到如今我也沒有見他。
[bbe] The one went away from me, and I said, Truly he has come to a violent death; and from that time I have not seen him,
[dunv] 一個<0259>離開我出去了<03318><8799>；我說<0559><8799>他必<02963><8800>是被撕碎了<02963><8776>，直到如今<02008>我也沒有見他<07200><8804>。
[big5] 現在你們又要把這個帶去離開我，倘若他遭害，那便是你們使我白髮蒼蒼、悲悲慘慘地下陰間去了。
[bbe] If now you take this one from me, and some evil comes to him, you will make my grey head go down in sorrow to the underworld.
[dunv] 現在你們又要把這個帶去<03947><8804>離開<05973>我<06440>，倘若他<07136><8804>遭害<0611>，那便是你們使<03381><8689>我白髮蒼蒼<07872>、悲悲慘慘地<07451>下陰間<07585>去了。
[big5] 我父親的命與這童子的命相連。如今我回到你僕人─我父親那裡，若沒有童子與我們同在，
[bbe] If then I go back to your servant, my father, without the boy, because his life and the boy's life are one,
[dunv] 我父親的命<05315>與這童子的命<05315>相連<07194><8803>。如今我回到<0935><8800>你僕人<05650>─我父親<01>那裡，若沒有童子<05288>與我們同在，
[big5] 我們的父親見沒有童子，他就必死。這便是我們使你僕人─我們的父親白髮蒼蒼、悲悲慘慘地下陰間去了。
[bbe] When he sees that the boy is not with us, he will come to his death, and our father's grey head will go down in sorrow to the underworld.
[dunv] 我們的父親見<07200><8800>沒有童子<05288>，他就必死<04191><8804>。這便是我們<05650>使<03381><8689>你僕人<05650>─我們的父親<01>白髮蒼蒼<07872>、悲悲慘慘地<03015>下陰間<07585>去了。
[big5] 因為僕人曾向我父親為這童子作保，說：我若不帶他回來交給父親，我便在父親面前永遠擔罪。
[bbe] For I made myself responsible for the boy to my father, saying, If I do not give him safely back to you, let mine be the sin for ever.
[dunv] 因為僕人<05650>曾向<05973>我父親<01>為這童子<05288>作保<06148><8804>，說<0559><8800>：我若不帶<0935><8686>他回來交給父親，我便在父親<01>面前永遠<03117>擔罪<02398><8804>。
[big5] 現在求你容僕人住下，替這童子作我主的奴僕，叫童子和他哥哥們一同上去。
[bbe] So now let me be my lord's servant here in place of the boy, and let him go back with his brothers.
[dunv] 現在求你容僕人<05650>住下<03427><8799>，替這童子<05288>作我主<0113>的奴僕<05650>，叫童子<05288>和他哥哥們<0251>一同上去<05927><8799>。
[big5] 若童子不和我同去，我怎能上去見我父親呢？恐怕我看見災禍臨到我父親身上。
[bbe] For how may I go back to my father without the boy, and see the evil which will come on my father?
[dunv] 若童子<05288>不和我同去，我怎能<0349>上去<05927><8799>見我父親<01>呢？恐怕我看見<07200><8799>災禍<07451>臨到<04672><8799>我父親身上<01>。
