1. [big5] 當耶和華救大衛脫離一切仇敵和掃羅之手的日子，他向耶和華念這詩，
   [bbe] And David made a song to the Lord in these words, on the day when the Lord made him free from the hands of all his haters, and from the hand of Saul:
   

2. [big5] 說：耶和華是我的巖石，我的山寨，我的救主，
   [bbe] And he said, The Lord is my Rock, my walled town, and my saviour, even mine;
   

3. [big5] 我的神，我的磐石，我所投靠的。他是我的盾牌，是拯救我的角，是我的高臺，是我的避難所。我的救主啊，你是救我脫離強暴的。
   [bbe] My God, my Rock, in him will I put my faith; my breastplate, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my safe place; my saviour, who keeps me safe from the violent man.
   

4. [big5] 我要求告當讚美的耶和華，這樣，我必從仇敵手中被救出來。
   [bbe] I will send up my cry to the Lord, who is to be praised; so will I be made safe from those who are against me.
   

5. [big5] 曾有死亡的波浪環繞我，匪類的急流使我驚懼，
   [bbe] For the waves of death came round me, and the seas of evil put me in fear;
   

6. [big5] 陰間的繩索纏繞我，死亡的網羅臨到我。
   [bbe] The cords of hell were round me: the nets of death came on me.
   

7. [big5] 我在急難中求告耶和華，向我的神呼求。他從殿中聽了我的聲音；我的呼求入了他的耳中。
   [bbe] In my trouble my voice went up to the Lord, and my cry to my God: my voice came to his hearing in his holy Temple, and my prayer came to his ears.
   

8. [big5] 那時因他發怒，地就搖撼戰抖；天的根基也震動搖撼。
   [bbe] Then the earth was moved with a violent shock; the bases of heaven were moved and shaking, because he was angry.
   

9. [big5] 從他鼻孔冒煙上騰；從他口中發火焚燒，連炭也著了。
   [bbe] There went up a smoke from his nose, and a fire of destruction from his mouth: coals were lighted by it.
   

10. [big5] 他又使天下垂，親自降臨；有黑雲在他腳下。
    [bbe] The heavens were bent, so that he might come down; and it was dark under his feet.
    

11. [big5] 他坐著基路伯飛行，在風的翅膀上顯現。
    [bbe] And he went through the air, seated on a storm-cloud: going quickly on the wings of the wind.
    

12. [big5] 他以黑暗和聚集的水、天空的厚雲為他四圍的行宮。
    [bbe] And he made the dark his tent round him, a mass of waters, thick clouds of the skies.
    

13. [big5] 因他面前的光輝炭都著了。
    [bbe] Before his shining light his dark clouds went past, raining ice and coals of fire.
    

14. [big5] 耶和華從天上打雷；至高者發出聲音。
    [bbe] The Lord made thunder in the heavens, and the voice of the Highest was sounding out.
    

15. [big5] 他射出箭來，使仇敵四散，發出閃電，使他們擾亂。
    [bbe] And he sent out his arrows, driving them in all directions; by his flames of fire they were troubled.
    

16. [big5] 耶和華的斥責一發，鼻孔的氣一出，海底就出現，大地的根基也顯露。
    [bbe] Then the deep beds of the sea were seen, and the bases of the world were uncovered, because of the Lord's wrath, because of the breath of his mouth.
    

17. [big5] 他從高天伸手抓住我，把我從大水中拉上來。
    [bbe] He sent from on high, he took me, pulling me out of great waters.
    

18. [big5] 他救我脫離我的勁敵和那些恨我的人，因為他們比我強盛。
    [bbe] He made me free from my strong hater, from those who were against me, because they were stronger than I.
    

19. [big5] 我遭遇災難的日子，他們來攻擊我；但耶和華是我的倚靠。
    [bbe] They came on me in the day of my trouble: but the Lord was my support.
    

20. [big5] 他又領我到寬闊之處；他救拔我，因他喜悅我。
    [bbe] He took me out into a wide place; he was my saviour because he had delight in me.
    

21. [big5] 耶和華按著我的公義報答我，按著我手中的清潔賞賜我。
    [bbe] The Lord gives me the reward of my righteousness, because my hands are clean before him.
    

22. [big5] 因為我遵守了耶和華的道，未曾作惡離開我的神。
    [bbe] For I have kept the ways of the Lord; I have not been turned away in sin from my God.
    

23. [big5] 他的一切典章常在我面前；他的律例，我也未曾離棄。
    [bbe] For all his decisions were before me, and I did not put away his laws from me.
    

24. [big5] 我在他面前作了完全人；我也保守自己遠離我的罪孽。
    [bbe] And I was upright before him, and I kept myself from sin.
    

25. [big5] 所以耶和華按我的公義，按我在他眼前的清潔賞賜我。
    [bbe] Because of this the Lord has given me the reward of my righteousness, because my hands are clean in his eyes.
    

26. [big5] 慈愛的人，你以慈愛待他；完全的人，你以完全待他；
    [bbe] On him who has mercy you will have mercy; to the upright you will be upright;
    

27. [big5] 清潔的人，你以清潔待他；乖僻的人，你以彎曲待他。
    [bbe] He who is holy will see that you are holy; but to the man whose way is not straight you will be a hard judge.
    

28. [big5] 困苦的百姓，你必拯救；但你的眼目察看高傲的人，使他降卑。
    [bbe] For you are the saviour of those who are in trouble; but your eyes are on men of pride, to make them low.
    

29. [big5] 耶和華啊，你是我的燈；耶和華必照明我的黑暗。
    [bbe] For you are my light, O Lord; and the Lord will make the dark bright for me.
    

30. [big5] 我藉著你衝入敵軍，藉著我的神跳過牆垣。
    [bbe] By your help I have made a way through the wall which was shutting me in: by the help of my God I have gone over a wall.
    

31. [big5] 至於神，他的道是完全的；耶和華的話是煉淨的。凡投靠他的，他便作他們的盾牌。
    [bbe] As for God, his way is all good: the word of the Lord is tested; he is a safe cover for all those who put their faith in him.
    

32. [big5] 除了耶和華，誰是神呢？除了我們的神，誰是磐石呢？
    [bbe] For who is God but the Lord? and who is a Rock but our God?
    

33. [big5] 神是我堅固的保障；他引導完全人行他的路。
    [bbe] God puts a strong band about me, guiding me in a straight way.
    

34. [big5] 他使我的腳快如母鹿的蹄，又使我在高處安穩。
    [bbe] He makes my feet like roes' feet, and puts me on high places.
    

35. [big5] 他教導我的手能以爭戰，甚至我的膀臂能開銅弓。
    [bbe] He makes my hands expert in war, so that a bow of brass is bent by my arms.
    

36. [big5] 你把你的救恩給我作盾牌；你的溫和使我為大。
    [bbe] You have given me the breastplate of your salvation, and your mercy has made me great.
    

37. [big5] 你使我腳下的地步寬闊；我的腳未曾滑跌。
    [bbe] You have made my steps wide under me, so that my feet make no slip.
    

38. [big5] 我追趕我的仇敵，滅絕了他們，未滅以先，我沒有歸回。
    [bbe] I go after my haters and overtake them; not turning back till they are all overcome.
    

39. [big5] 我滅絕了他們，打傷了他們，使他們不能起來；他們都倒在我的腳下。
    [bbe] I have sent destruction on them and given them wounds, so that they are not able to get up: they are stretched under my feet.
    

40. [big5] 因為你曾以力量束我的腰，使我能爭戰；你也使那起來攻擊我的都服在我以下。
    [bbe] For I have been armed by you with strength for the fight: you have made low under me those who came out against me.
    

41. [big5] 你又使我的仇敵在我面前轉背逃跑，叫我能以剪除那恨我的人。
    [bbe] By you their backs are turned in flight, so that my haters are cut off.
    

42. [big5] 他們仰望，卻無人拯救；就是呼求耶和華，他也不應允。
    [bbe] They were crying out, but there was no one to come to their help: even to the Lord, but he gave them no answer.
    

43. [big5] 我搗碎他們，如同地上的灰塵，踐踏他們，四散在地，如同街上的泥土。
    [bbe] Then they were crushed as small as the dust of the earth, stamped down under my feet like the waste of the streets.
    

44. [big5] 你救我脫離我百姓的爭競，保護我作列國的元首；我素不認識的民必事奉我。
    [bbe] You have made me free from the fightings of my people; you have made me the head of the nations: a people of whom I had no knowledge will be my servants.
    

45. [big5] 外邦人要投降我，一聽見我的名聲就必順從我。
    [bbe] Men of other countries will, with false hearts, put themselves under my authority: from the time when my name comes to their ears, they will be ruled by me.
    

46. [big5] 外邦人要衰殘，戰戰兢兢地出他們的營寨。
    [bbe] They will be wasted away, they will come out of their secret places shaking with fear.
    

47. [big5] 耶和華是活神，願我的磐石被人稱頌！願神─那拯救我的磐石被人尊崇！
    [bbe] The Lord is living; praise be to my Rock, and let the God of my salvation be honoured:
    

48. [big5] 這位神就是那為我伸冤、使眾民服在我以下的。
    [bbe] It is God who sends punishment on my haters, and puts peoples under my rule.
    

49. [big5] 你救我脫離仇敵，又把我舉起，高過那些起來攻擊我的；你救我脫離強暴的人。
    [bbe] He makes me free from my haters: I am lifted up over those who come up against me: you have made me free from the violent man.
    

50. [big5] 耶和華啊，因此我要在外邦中稱謝你，歌頌你的名。
    [bbe] Because of this I will give you praise, O Lord, among the nations, and will make a song of praise to your name.
    

51. [big5] 耶和華賜極大的救恩給他所立的王，施慈愛給他的受膏者，就是給大衛和他的後裔，直到永遠！
    [bbe] Great salvation does he give to his king; he has mercy on the king of his selection, David, and on his seed for ever.
