[big5] 以撒叫了雅各來，給他祝福，並囑咐他說：你不要娶迦南的女子為妻。
[bbe] Then Isaac sent for Jacob, and blessing him, said, Do not take a wife from among the women of Canaan;
[dunv] 以撒<03327>叫<07121><8799>了雅各<03290>來，給他祝福<01288><8762>，並囑咐<06680><8762>他說<0559><8799>：你不要娶<03947><8799>迦南<03667>的女子<01323>為妻<0802>。
[big5] 你起身往巴旦亞蘭去，到你外祖彼土利家裡，在你母舅拉班的女兒中娶一女為妻。
[bbe] But go to Paddan-aram, to the house of Bethuel, your mother's father, and there get yourself a wife from the daughters of Laban, your mother's brother.
[dunv] 你起身<06965><8798>往巴旦亞蘭<06307>去<03212><8798>，到你外祖{<0517>}{<01>}彼土利<01328>家<01004>裡，在你母舅{<0517>}{<0251>}拉班<03837>的女兒<01323>中娶<03947><8798>一女為妻<0802>。
[big5] 願全能的神賜福給你，使你生養眾多，成為多族，
[bbe] And may God, the Ruler of all, give you his blessing, giving you fruit and increase, so that you may become an army of peoples.
[dunv] 願全能<07706>的神<0410>賜福<01288><8762>給你，使你生養眾多<06509><8686><07235><8686>，成為多<06951>族<05971>，
[big5] 將應許亞伯拉罕的福賜給你和你的後裔，使你承受你所寄居的地為業，就是神賜給亞伯拉罕的地。
[bbe] And may God give you the blessing of Abraham, to you and to your seed, so that the land of your wanderings, which God gave to Abraham, may be your heritage.
[dunv] 將應許亞伯拉罕<085>的福<01293>賜給<05414><8799>你和你的後裔<02233>，使你承受<03423><8800>你所寄居<04033>的地<0776>為業，就是神<0430>賜給<05414><8804>亞伯拉罕<085>的地。
[big5] 以撒打發雅各走了，他就往巴旦亞蘭去，到亞蘭人彼土利的兒子拉班那裡。拉班是雅各、以掃的母舅。
[bbe] So Isaac sent Jacob away: and he went to Paddan-aram, to Laban, son of Bethuel the Aramaean, the brother of Rebekah, the mother of Jacob and Esau.
[dunv] 以撒<03327>打發<07971><8799>雅各<03290>走了，他就往巴旦亞蘭<06307>去<03212><8799>，到亞蘭人<0761>彼土利<01328>的兒子<01121>拉班<03837>那裡。拉班是雅各<03290>、以掃<06215>的母舅{<0251>}{<0517>}{<07259>}。
[big5] 以掃見以撒已經給雅各祝福，而且打發他往巴旦亞蘭去，在那裡娶妻，並見祝福的時候囑咐他說：不要娶迦南的女子為妻，
[bbe] So when Esau saw that Isaac had given Jacob his blessing, and sent him away to Paddan-aram to get a wife for himself there, blessing him and saying to him, Do not take a wife from among the women of Canaan;
[dunv] 以掃<06215>見<07200><8799>以撒<03327>已經給雅各<03290>祝福<01288><8765>，而且打發<07971><8765>他往巴旦亞蘭<06307>去，在那裡娶<03947><8800>妻<0802>，並見祝福<01288><8763>的時候囑咐<06680><8762>他說<0559><8800>：不要娶<03947><8799>迦南<03667>的女子<01323>為妻<0802>，
[big5] 又見雅各聽從父母的話往巴旦亞蘭去了，
[bbe] And that Jacob had done as his father and mother said and had gone to Paddan-aram;
[dunv] 又見雅各<03290>聽從<08085><8799>父<01>母<0517>的話往巴旦亞蘭<06307>去<03212><8799>了，
[big5] 以掃就曉得他父親以撒看不中迦南的女子，
[bbe] It was clear to Esau that his father had no love for the women of Canaan,
[dunv] 以掃<06215>就曉得<07200><8799>他父親<01>以撒<03327>看不中<05869><07451>迦南<03667>的女子<01323>，
[big5] 便往以實瑪利那裡去，在他二妻之外又娶了瑪哈拉為妻。他是亞伯拉罕兒子以實瑪利的女兒，尼拜約的妹子。
[bbe] So Esau went to Ishmael and took Mahalath, the daughter of Abraham's son Ishmael, the sister of Nebaioth, to be his wife in addition to the wives he had.
[dunv] {<06215>}便往以實瑪利<03458>那裡去<03212><8799>，在他二妻<0802>之外又娶<03947><8799>了瑪哈拉<04258>為妻<0802>。他是亞伯拉罕<085>兒子<01121>以實瑪利<03458>的女兒<01323>，尼拜約<05032>的妹子<0269>。
[big5] 雅各出了別是巴，向哈蘭走去；
[bbe] So Jacob went out from Beer-sheba to go to Haran.
[dunv] 雅各<03290>出<03318><8799>了別是巴<0884>，向哈蘭<02771>走去<03212><8799>；
[big5] 到了一個地方，因為太陽落了，就在那裡住宿，便拾起那地方的一塊石頭枕在頭下，在那裡躺臥睡了，
[bbe] And coming to a certain place, he made it his resting-place for the night, for the sun had gone down; and he took one of the stones which were there, and putting it under his head he went to sleep in that place.
[dunv] 到<06293><8799>了一個地方<04725>，因為太陽<08121>落<0935><8804>了，就在那裡住宿<03885><8799>，便拾起<03947><8799>那地方<04725>的一塊石頭<068>枕<07760><8799>在頭下<04763>，在那裡<04725>躺臥<07901><00>睡<07901><8799>了，
[big5] 夢見一個梯子立在地上，梯子的頭頂著天，有神的使者在梯子上，上去下來。
[bbe] And he had a dream, and in his dream he saw steps stretching from earth to heaven, and the angels of God were going up and down on them.
[dunv] 夢見<02492><8799>一個梯子<05551>立<05324><8716>在地<0776>上，梯子的頭<07218>頂<05060><8688>著天<08064>，有神<0430>的使者<04397>在梯子上，上去<05927><8802>下來<03381><8802>。
[big5] 耶和華站在梯子以上【或作站在他旁邊】，說：我是耶和華─你祖亞伯拉罕的神，也是以撒的神；我要將你現在所躺臥之地賜給你和你的後裔。
[bbe] And he saw the Lord by his side, saying, I am the Lord, the God of Abraham your father, and the God of Isaac: I will give to you and to your seed this land on which you are sleeping.
[dunv] 耶和華<03068>站<05324><8737>在梯子以上【或作站在他旁邊】，說<0559><8799>：我是耶和華<03068>─你祖<01>亞伯拉罕<085>的神<0430>，也是以撒<03327>的神<0430>；我要將你現在所躺臥<07901><8802>之地<0776>賜給<05414><8799>你和你的後裔<02233>。
[big5] 你的後裔必像地上的塵沙那樣多，必向東西南北開展；地上萬族必因你和你的後裔得福。
[bbe] Your seed will be like the dust of the earth, covering all the land to the west and to the east, to the north and to the south: you and your seed will be a name of blessing to all the families of the earth.
[dunv] 你的後裔<02233>必像地<0776>上的塵沙<06083>那樣多，必向東<06924>西<03220>南<05045>北<06828>開展<06555><8804>；地<0127>上萬族<04940>必因你和你的後裔<02233>得福<01288><8738>。
[big5] 我也與你同在。你無論往哪裡去，我必保佑你，領你歸回這地，總不離棄你，直到我成全了向你所應許的。
[bbe] And truly, I will be with you, and will keep you wherever you go, guiding you back again to this land; and I will not give you up till I have done what I have said to you.
[dunv] 我也與你同在。你無論往那裡<0834>去<03212><8799>，我必保佑<08104><8804>你，領你歸回<07725><8689>這地<0127>，總不離棄<05800><8799>你，直到<0834>我成全<06213><8804>了向你所應許<01696><8765>的。
[big5] 雅各睡醒了，說：耶和華真在這裡，我竟不知道！
[bbe] And Jacob, awaking from his sleep, said, Truly, the Lord is in this place and I was not conscious of it.
[dunv] 雅各<03290>睡<08142>醒<03364><8799>了，說<0559><8799>：耶和華<03068>真<0403>在<03426>這裡<04725>，我竟不知道<03045><8804>！
[big5] 就懼怕，說：這地方何等可畏！這不是別的，乃是神的殿，也是天的門。
[bbe] And fear came on him, and he said, This is a holy place; this is nothing less than the house of God and the doorway of heaven.
[dunv] 就懼怕<03372><8799>，說<0559><8799>：這地方<04725>何等可畏<03372><8737>！這不是別的，乃是神<0430>的殿<01004>，也是天<08064>的門<08179>。
[big5] 雅各清早起來，把所枕的石頭立作柱子，澆油在上面。
[bbe] And early in the morning Jacob took the stone which had been under his head, and put it up as a pillar and put oil on it.
[dunv] 雅各<03290>清早<01242>起來<07925><8686>，把<03947><8799>所枕<07760><8804><04763>的石頭<068>立作<07760><8799>柱子<04676>，澆<03332><8799>油<08081>在上面<07218>。
[big5] 他就給那地方起名叫伯特利【就是神殿的意思】；但那地方起先名叫路斯。
[bbe] And he gave that place the name of Beth-el, but before that time the town was named Luz.
[dunv] 他就給那地方<04725>起名<08034>叫<07121><8799>伯特利<01008>【就是神殿的意思】；但<0199>那地方<05892>起先<07223>名<08034>叫路斯<03870>。
[big5] 雅各許願說：神若與我同在，在我所行的路上保佑我，又給我食物吃，衣服穿，
[bbe] Then Jacob took an oath, and said, If God will be with me, and keep me safe on my journey, and give me food and clothing to put on,
[dunv] 雅各<03290>許<05087><8799>願<05088>說<0559><8800>：神<0430>若與我同在，在我所行<01980><8802>的路<01870>上保佑<08104><8804>我，又給<05414><8804>我食物<03899>吃<0398><8800>，衣服<0899>穿<03847><8800>，
[big5] 使我平平安安地回到我父親的家，我就必以耶和華為我的神。
[bbe] So that I come again to my father's house in peace, then I will take the Lord to be my God,
[dunv] 使我平平安安<07965>地回到<07725><8804>我父親<01>的家<01004>，我就必以耶和華<03068>為我的神<0430>。
[big5] 我所立為柱子的石頭也必作神的殿，凡你所賜給我的，我必將十分之一獻給你。
[bbe] And this stone which I have put up for a pillar will be God's house: and of all you give me, I will give a tenth part to you.
[dunv] 我所立<07760><8804>為柱子<04676>的石頭<068>也必作神<0430>的殿<01004>，凡你所賜給<05414><8799>我的，我必<06237><8763>將十分之一<06237><8762>獻給你。
