[bbe] Now in the days of Amraphel, king of Shinar, Arioch, king of Ellasar, Chedorlaomer, king of Elam, and Tidal, king of Goiim,

[big5] 他們都攻打所多瑪王比拉、蛾摩拉王比沙、押瑪王示納、洗扁王善以別，和比拉王；比拉就是瑣珥。
[bbe] They made war with Bera, king of Sodom, and with Birsha, king of Gomorrah, Shinab, king of Admah, and Shemeber, king of Zeboiim, and the king of Bela (which is Zoar).
[dunv] 他們都攻打<06213><8804><04421>{<0854>}所多瑪<05467>王<04428>比拉<01298>、蛾摩拉<06017>王<04428>比沙<01306>、押瑪<0126>王<04428>示納<08134>、洗扁<06636>王<04428>善以別<08038>，和比拉<01106>王<04428>；比拉<01106>就是<01931>瑣珥<06820>。
[big5] 這五王都在西訂谷會合；西訂谷就是鹽海。
[bbe] All these came together in the valley of Siddim (which is the Salt Sea).

[big5] 他們已經事奉基大老瑪十二年，到十三年就背叛了。
[bbe] For twelve years they were under the rule of Chedorlaomer, but in the thirteenth year they put off his control.

[bbe] And in the fourteenth year, Chedorlaomer and the kings who were on his side, overcame the Rephaim in Ashteroth-karnaim, and the Zuzim in Ham, and the Emim in Shaveh-kiriathaim,

[bbe] And the Horites in their mountain Seir, driving them as far as El-paran, which is near the waste land.

[bbe] Then they came back to En-mishpat (which is Kadesh), making waste all the country of the Amalekites and of the Amorites living in Hazazon-tamar.

[bbe] And the king of Sodom with the king of Gomorrah and the king of Admah and the king of Zeboiim and the king of Bela (that is Zoar), went out, and put their forces in position in the valley of Siddim,
[dunv] 於是所多瑪<05467>王<04428>、蛾摩拉<06017>王<04428>、押瑪<0126>王<04428>、洗扁<06636>王<04428>，和比拉<01106>王<04428>（比拉<01106>就是瑣珥<06820>）都出來<03318><8799>，在西訂<07708>谷<06010>擺陣<06186><8799>，與他們交戰<04421>，
[big5] 就是與以攔王基大老瑪、戈印王提達、示拿王暗拉非、以拉撒王亞略交戰；乃是四王與五王交戰。
[bbe] Against Chedorlaomer, king of Elam, and Tidal, king of Goiim, and Amraphel, king of Shinar, and Arioch, king of Ellasar: four kings against the five.
[dunv] 就是與以攔<05867>王<04428>基大老瑪<03540>、戈印<01471>王<04428>提達<08413>、示拿<08152>王<04428>暗拉非<0569>、以拉撒<0495>王<04428>亞略<0746>交戰；乃是四<0702>王<04428>與五<02568>王<04428>交戰。
[big5] 西訂谷有許多石漆坑。所多瑪王和蛾摩拉王逃跑，有掉在坑裡的，其餘的人都往山上逃跑。
[bbe] Now the valley of Siddim was full of holes of sticky earth; and the kings of Sodom and Gomorrah were put to flight and came to their end there, but the rest got away to the mountain.
[dunv] 西訂<07708>谷<06010>有許多<0875>石漆坑<0875><02564>。所多瑪<05467>王<04428>和蛾摩拉<06017>王<04428>逃跑<05127><8799>，有掉<05307><8799>在坑裡的，其餘<07604><8737>的人都往山<02022>上逃跑<05127><8804>。

[bbe] And the four kings took all the goods and food from Sodom and Gomorrah and went on their way.

[bbe] And in addition they took Lot, Abram's brother's son, who was living in Sodom, and all his goods.

[bbe] And one who had got away from the fight came and gave word of it to Abram the Hebrew, who was living by the holy tree of Mamre, the Amorite, the brother of Eshcol and Aner, who were friends of Abram.

[bbe] And Abram, hearing that his brother's son had been made a prisoner, took a band of his trained men, three hundred and eighteen of them, sons of his house, and went after them as far as Dan.
[dunv] 亞伯蘭<087>聽見<08085><8799>他姪兒【原文作弟兄<0251>】被擄<07617><8738>去，就率領<07324><8686>他家<01004>裡生<03211>養的精練<02593>壯丁三<07969>百<03967>一十八<06240><08083>人，直追<07291><8799>到但<01835>，
[big5] 便在夜間，自己同僕人分隊殺敗敵人，又追到大馬色左邊的何把，
[bbe] And separating his forces by night, he overcame them, putting them to flight and going after them as far as Hobah, which is on the north side of Damascus.
[dunv] 便在夜間<03915>，自己同僕人<05650>分隊<02505><8735>殺敗<05221><8686>敵人，又追<07291><8799>到大馬色<01834>左邊<08040>的何把<02327>，
[big5] 將被擄掠的一切財物奪回來，連他姪兒羅得和他的財物，以及婦女、人民也都奪回來。
[bbe] And he got back all the goods, and Lot, his brother's son, with his goods and the women and the people.

[big5] 亞伯蘭殺敗基大老瑪和與他同盟的王回來的時候，所多瑪王出來，在沙微谷迎接他；沙微谷就是王谷。
[bbe] And when he was coming back after putting to flight Chedorlaomer and the other kings, he had a meeting with the king of Sodom in the valley of Shaveh, that is, the King's Valley.
[dunv] {<0310>}亞伯蘭殺敗<05221><8687>基大老瑪<03540>和與他同盟的王<04428>回來<07725><8800>的時候，所多瑪<05467>王<04428>出來<03318><8799>，在沙微<07740>谷<06010>迎接<07125><8800>他；{<01931>}沙微谷就是王<04428>谷<06010>。
[big5] 又有撒冷王麥基洗德帶著餅和酒出來迎接；他是至高神的祭司。
[bbe] And Melchizedek, king of Salem, the priest of the Most High God, took bread and wine,
[dunv] 又有撒冷<08004>王<04428>麥基洗德<04442>帶著<03318><8689>餅<03899>和酒<03196>出來迎接；他是至高<05945>神<0410>的祭司<03548>。
[big5] 他為亞伯蘭祝福，說：願天地的主、至高的神賜福與亞伯蘭！
[bbe] And blessing him, said, May the blessing of the Most High God, maker of heaven and earth, be on Abram:
[dunv] 他為亞伯蘭祝福<01288><8762>，說<0559><8799>：願天<08064>地<0776>的主<07069><8802>、至高<05945>的神<0410>賜福<01288><8803>與亞伯蘭<087>！
[big5] 至高的神把敵人交在你手裡，是應當稱頌的！亞伯蘭就把所得的拿出十分之一來，給麥基洗德。
[bbe] And let the Most High God be praised, who has given into your hands those who were against you. Then Abram gave him a tenth of all the goods he had taken.
[dunv] 至高<05945>的神<0410>把敵人<06862>交<04042><8765>在你手<03027>裡，是應當稱頌<01288><8803>的！亞伯蘭就把所得的拿出十分之一<04643>來，給<05414><8799>麥基洗德。
[big5] 所多瑪王對亞伯蘭說：你把人口給我，財物你自己拿去吧！
[bbe] And the king of Sodom said to Abram, Give me the prisoners and take the goods for yourself.
[dunv] 所多瑪<05467>王<04428>對亞伯蘭<087>說<0559><8799>：你把人口<05315>給<05414><8798>我，財物<07399>你自己拿<03947><8798>去罷！
[big5] 亞伯蘭對所多瑪王說：我已經向天地的主─至高的神耶和華起誓：
[bbe] But Abram said to the king of Sodom, I have taken an oath to the Lord, the Most High God, maker of heaven and earth,
[dunv] 亞伯蘭<087>對所多瑪<05467>王<04428>說<0559><8799>：我已經向天<08064>地<0776>的主<07069><8802>─至高<05945>的神<0410>耶和華<03068>起誓<07311><8689><03027>：
[big5] 凡是你的東西，就是一根線、一根鞋帶，我都不拿，免得你說：我使亞伯蘭富足！
[bbe] That I will not take so much as a thread or the cord of a shoe of yours; so that you may not say, I have given wealth to Abram:
[dunv] 凡是你的東西，就是一根線<02339>、一根鞋帶<05275><08288>，我都不<0518>拿<03947><8799>，免得你說<0559><8799>：我使<06238><00>亞伯蘭<087>富足<06238><8689>！
[big5] 只有僕人所吃的，並與我同行的亞乃、以實各、幔利所應得的分，可以任憑他們拿去。
[bbe] Give me nothing but the food which the fighting-men who went with me have had; but let Aner and Eshcol and Mamre have their part of the goods.
[dunv] {<01107>}{<0834>}只有僕人<05288>所吃<0398><8804>的，並與我<0854>同行<01980><8804>的{<0582>}亞乃<06063>、以實各<0812>、幔利<04471>所應得的分<02506>，可以任憑他們<01992>拿<03947><8799>去。
