[bbe] And Abram went up out of Egypt with his wife and all he had, and Lot with him, and they came in to the South.

[big5] 亞伯蘭的金、銀、牲畜極多。
[bbe] Now Abram had great wealth of cattle and silver and gold.

[big5] 他從南地漸漸往伯特利去，到了伯特利和艾的中間，就是從前支搭帳棚的地方，
[bbe] And travelling on from the South, he came to Beth-el, to the place where his tent had been before, between Beth-el and Ai;
[dunv] 他{<04550>}從南地<05045>漸漸往伯特利<01008>去<03212><8799>，到了伯特利<01008>和艾<05857>的中間，就是從前<01961><8804>{<08462>}支搭帳棚<0168>的地方<04725>，
[big5] 也是他起先築壇的地方；他又在那裡求告耶和華的名。
[bbe] To the place where he had made his first altar, and there Abram gave worship to the name of the Lord.
[dunv] 也是他起先<07223>築<06213><8804>壇<04196>的地方<04725>；他<087>又在那裡求告<07121><8799>耶和華<03068>的名<08034>。
[big5] 與亞伯蘭同行的羅得也有牛群、羊群、帳棚。
[bbe] And Lot, who went with him, had flocks and herds and tents;
[dunv] 與<0854>亞伯蘭<087>同行<01980><8802>的羅得<03876>也有牛群<01241>、羊群<06629>、帳棚<0168>。
[big5] 那地容不下他們；因為他們的財物甚多，使他們不能同居。
[bbe] So that the land was not wide enough for the two of them: their property was so great that there was not room for them together.
[dunv] 那地<0776>容<05375><8804>不下他們；因為他們的財物<07399>甚多<07227>，使他們不能<03201><8804>同<03162>居<03427><8800>。
[big5] 當時，迦南人與比利洗人在那地居住。亞伯蘭的牧人和羅得的牧人相爭。
[bbe] And there was an argument between the keepers of Abram's cattle and the keepers of Lot's cattle: at that time the Canaanites and Perizzites were still living in the land.
[dunv] 當時，迦南人<03669>與比利洗人<06522>在那地<0776>居住<03427><8802>。亞伯蘭<087>的牧人<07462><8802>{<04735>}和羅得<03876>的牧人<07462><8802>{<04735>}相爭<07379>。
[big5] 亞伯蘭就對羅得說：你我不可相爭，你的牧人和我的牧人也不可相爭，因為我們是骨肉【原文作弟兄】。
[bbe] Then Abram said to Lot, Let there be no argument between me and you, and between my herdmen and your herdmen, for we are brothers.
[dunv] 亞伯蘭<087>就對羅得<03876>說<0559><8799>：{<01961>}{<8799>}你我不可<0408>相爭<04808>，你的牧人<07462><8802>和我的牧人<07462><8802>也不可相爭，因為我們<0582>是骨肉<0251>【原文作弟兄】。
[big5] 遍地不都在你眼前嗎？請你離開我：你向左，我就向右；你向右，我就向左。
[bbe] Is not all the land before you? then let us go our separate ways: if you go to the left, I will go to the right; or if you take the right, I will go to the left.
[dunv] 遍地<0776>不都在你眼前<06440>麼？請你離開<06504><8734>我：你向左<08040>，我就向右<03231><8686>；你向右<03225>，我就向左<08041><8686>。
[big5] 羅得舉目看見約但河的全平原，直到瑣珥，都是滋潤的，那地在耶和華未滅所多瑪、蛾摩拉以先如同耶和華的園子，也像埃及地。
[bbe] And Lot, lifting up his eyes and looking an the valley of Jordan, saw that it was well watered everywhere, before the Lord had sent destruction on Sodom and Gomorrah; it was like the garden of the Lord, like the land of Egypt, on the way to Zoar.
[dunv] 羅得<03876>舉<05375><8799>目<05869>看見<07200><8799>約但河<03383>的全平原<03603>，直到<0935><8800>瑣珥<06820>，都是滋潤<04945>的，那地在耶和華<03068>未滅<07843><8763>所多瑪<05467>、蛾摩拉<06017>以先<06440>如同耶和華<03068>的園子<01588>，也像埃及<04714>地<0776>。
[big5] 於是羅得選擇約但河的全平原，往東遷移；他們就彼此分離了。
[bbe] So Lot took for himself all the valley of Jordan, and went to the east, and they were parted from one another.
[dunv] 於是羅得<03876>選擇<0977><8799>約但<03383>河的全平原<03603>，往東<06924>遷移<05265><8799>；他們就彼此<0376><0251>分離<06504><8735>了。
[big5] 亞伯蘭住在迦南地，羅得住在平原的城邑，漸漸挪移帳棚，直到所多瑪。
[bbe] Abram went on living in the land of Canaan, and Lot went to the lowland towns, moving his tent as far as Sodom.
[dunv] 亞伯蘭<087>住<03427><8804>在迦南<03667>地<0776>，羅得<03876>住<03427><8804>在平原<03603>的城邑<05892>，漸漸挪移帳棚<0167><8799>，直到<05704>所多瑪<05467>。
[big5] 所多瑪人在耶和華面前罪大惡極。
[bbe] Now the men of Sodom were evil, and great sinners before the Lord.
[dunv] 所多瑪<05467>人<0582>在耶和華<03068>面前罪<02400>大惡<07451>極<03966>。
[big5] 羅得離別亞伯蘭以後，耶和華對亞伯蘭說：從你所在的地方，你舉目向東西南北觀看；
[bbe] And the Lord had said to Abram, after Lot was parted from him, From this place where you are take a look to the north and to the south, to the east and to the west:
[dunv] 羅得<03876>離別<06504><8736>亞伯蘭<087>以後<0310>，耶和華<03068>對亞伯蘭<087>說<0559><8804>：從你所在的地方<04725>，你舉<05375><8798>目<05869>向東<06924>西<03220>南<05045>北<06828>觀看<07200><8798>；
[big5] 凡你所看見的一切地，我都要賜給你和你的後裔，直到永遠。
[bbe] For all the land which you see I will give to you and to your seed for ever.
[dunv] 凡你所看見<07200><8802>的一切地<0776>，我都要賜給<05414><8799>你和你的後裔<02233>，直到<05704>永遠<05769>。
[big5] 我也要使你的後裔如同地上的塵沙那樣多，人若能數算地上的塵沙才能數算你的後裔。
[bbe] And I will make your children like the dust of the earth, so that if the dust of the earth may be numbered, then will your children be numbered.
[dunv] 我也要使<07760><8804>你的後裔<02233>如同地<0776>上的塵沙<06083>那樣多，{<0834>}人<0376>若能<03201><8799>數算<04487><8800>地<0776>上的塵沙<06083>才能數算<04487><8735>你的後裔<02233>。
[big5] 你起來，縱橫走遍這地，因為我必把這地賜給你。
[bbe] Come, go through all the land from one end to the other for I will give it to you.
[dunv] 你起來<06965><8798>，縱<0753>橫<07341>走<01980><8690>遍這地<0776>，因為我必把這地賜給<05414><8799>你。
[big5] 亞伯蘭就搬了帳棚，來到希伯崙幔利的橡樹那裡居住，在那裡為耶和華築了一座壇。
[bbe] And Abram, moving his tent, came and made his living-place by the holy tree of Mamre, which is in Hebron, and made an altar there to the Lord.
[dunv] 亞伯蘭<087>就搬了帳棚<0167><8799>，來<0935><8799>到希伯崙<02275>幔利<04471>的橡樹<0436>那裡居住<03427><8799>，在那裡為耶和華<03068>築<01129><8799>了一座壇<04196>。
